Does anyone use a *liquid* systemic for mealies?

I didn’t realise Bonide granules basically turn to clay. Now I’m dealing with root rot and nasty muddy soil but I’m also still dealing with a small mealy resurgence. I treated all 70+ of my staps 2 months ago but some need retreated and now I feel like they ALL need repotted in case the soil gets bogged down by that clay. I also like treating new staps preventatively, as I’ve been burned by using the isolate-only strategy. So I need something different. I’ve used insecticidal soap and alcohol before but the bonide is the most reliable I’ve found. I’d like to use a liquid systemic but I’ve read you have to be super careful using it with succulents and sensitive plants.

What do I do with this? Ceropegia x.

A trellis is the obv answer. Which I started trying to do when I repotted in march. But it got unwieldy fast and never wanted to vine itself on the trellis. It was just messy. A lot of the new growths have lost leaves, I think because it’s root bound af already. Idk what type of trellis would look or work best. Do you just keep wrapping it around the same trellis like forever until it turns into its own matted jungle or what?

ROG Zeph G14 - Black screen of death and random restarts semi-constantly. Worth trying to fix?

Hello! I’ve been having this issue for well over a year now (probably closer to 2) but in the last 6 months it’s much worse. My laptop will randomly crash and restart. Sometimes I get a black screen with an error at the bottom but it’s usually gone and in the process of restarting before I can actually see the error. I’ve tried multiple fixes - clean Win11 install, updating drivers, changing settings. I can’t even remember everything. I’m not very tech savvy so it’s been a lot of research and frustration.

Anyway, I use my laptop throughout my 12hrs shifts at work to watch YouTube in the background and now it crashes at least 6x every shift. Often it’ll get stuck in a crash-restart-crash-restart cycle right after turning it on.

Again, I’m really not tech literate but from the research I’ve done it sounds like it could be a failing motherboard. I’ve read varying things about whether it’d be worth having someone fix it and how much time it’d buy me (depending on whether it is truly the motherboard failing). I haven’t been doing a ton of gaming on this laptop for a while (not much beyond Minecraft/ Skyrim/ terraria anyway) so I’m not keen on buying a new one yet. But I also really enjoy the portability that comes with a gaming laptop so I’m also not certain I want to go back to a regular laptop instead of another gaming laptop.

Seems like this isn’t an uncommon issue with this laptop so I’m hoping someone can advise me on whether it’s worth having someone look at and diagnose the issue or if I should just resign myself to buying a new laptop in the near-ish future.

[TOMT][Music][2010s] summer vibes song by alt band-gone-pop. “You could be my heart … break, woah-OH”

Or possibly “heart beat”? There is a short pause in between “heart” and “break(or beat).” It’s a very upbeat tune. Those are the only lyrics I remember. I think it was on the radio(?) in the 2010s and I remember thinking “oh another alt band sold out lol” The singers voice reminds me a lot of panic at the disco but I couldn’t find the song I’m thinking of.

Which 3 should I put on a moss pole? Manjula, marble, Cebu, golden, skeleton key

I’m getting more moss poles delivered today so I will have 3 small poles suitable for starting a pothos. Originally I was gonna do my Cebu, manjula, and either a marble or golden. My golden is kind of boring to me so maybe I’d like it more on a moss pole. I don’t really like my skeleton key much and I’m not convinced I’ll like it more on a moss pole with its mature leaves.

I also have a p&j and neon but I like them well enough as hanging baskets and I haven’t really seen how they look on a pole.

Looking for country, bluegrass, folk punk songs/artists that are feminist-y and/or lgbtq positive (women vocals)

Somewhere in the realm of the following
•Follow Your Arrow - Kacey Musgraves
•The Giver - Chappel Roan
•Goodbye Earl (and other songs by) - The Chicks
•Ugly Nasty Commie Bitch - Carsie Blanton
•Various songs by Shania Twain and by Miranda Lambert
•Birdcloud

I really haven’t found a lot of women folk punk artists that I like. I definitely like vocals that are more slow, folky howling than the fast paced yelling. I love Whitney Flynn in Days N Daze, for example. Also Hannah Jones (?) in Ghost Mice and Sherri Miller in “Calling Old Friends” - Defiance Ohio. Also as far as lyrics and song topics go, Johnny Hobo and Wingnut are my all time favourites so a gender bent Pat the Bunny would be so cool to find

Not sure if Cassadee Pope has any songs that fit my theme but, as she was the face of the band Hey Monday back in the day, I wouldn’t be surprised if she did.

TIA🖤

What plants have you gotten that you just ended up haaating?

My strings of rubies and watermelons are SO ANNOYING! They are some of the thirstiest lil bitches. The tops burn up and dry all crispy under my grow lights but they etiolate on my windowsill. The rubies fall off if you so much as breathe on them.

My ZZ… I just thought I’d like it more. I should have gotten a Raven and maybe I’d appreciate it more. My BMF just hates me. I know it’s way overdue for a moss pole but it’s still such a diva.

I’m too much of a plant empath to throw the first two out. I think I might actually take them to work and pawn them off on someone. I’ll keep my ZZ cause it’s EZ. And when I get paid I’m gonna order a pole for my BMF. But I’m super interested in what plants other people have got, thinking they’d love them, but ended up just glaring at the plant every time it needs watered. Now I feel guilty for talking shit about them 🥺

Police interview where lawyer gets angry at his (teen?) client for lying and being uncooperative

That’s literally the only thing I remember about the interview. I know it’s vague but I haven’t ever seen another video where a lawyer gets mad at his client like this. I’m assuming the suspect confessed in an earlier interrogation without representation and then later made another statement with counsel present. I mean I’m assuming that’s how everyone was so adamant the kid was lying - because he’d already confessed. But that’s an assumption.

Specifically, I think the lawyer was saying something like “I can’t help you if you’re gonna insist on continuing to lie” and to me it sounded like he was implying he may have to cease representation. Idk I remember so few details. It may have possibly been an EWU video

ID request: I think I was told these are two different species. One of them is supposed to be O humifusa

I’ve had them sitting around for like a year now and figured it’s about time to do something with them
