Anxious and Looking for Some Positive Experiences

Can those of you who’ve had positive experiences with tirzepatide share them?

I have severe health anxiety and panic attacks, and I find myself constantly reading the scary posts on here about things like gastroparesis and other serious side effects. I know people are more likely to post when something goes wrong than when everything is going well, but my anxious brain tends to forget that.. because of my health anxiety, my brain latches onto those stories and starts convincing me that the worst-case scenario is going to happen to me too. I think being in compound versus name brand makes me particularly anxious as well… since the compounded meds aren’t as well regulated. Anyways…

I’d really appreciate hearing from people who’ve had a positive or uneventful experience. I’m just trying to shift my focus and remind myself that the worst-case scenarios aren’t the only outcomes. Thank you. ❤️

Yorkie Ate Popsicle Stick

My dog is 2 years and 3 months old. He’s about 5.4 lbs… I walked in the house and he had knocked over the recycling bin and was about halfway through eating a popsicle stick.. it looked like he was chewing it up pretty good but i’d estimate half of the stick was gone. I have a photo of the remaining popsicle stick and a piece that he shredded off of it that he was working on. I’m worried bc of his size… but honestly, I’ve spent about $10,000 in the past 2 years on vet bills and I don’t think I can afford to take him in again.

I had one dog get pancreatitis and tried to keep him alive on fluids and in the hospital but that was $5K and he passed away. Then my current yorkie he had Legg-calve perthes disease and had to have FHO surgery. Then a year later he got a hold of an ibuprofen so I took him in for that as well. And I’m taking another dog in for dental surgery in two days…At this point…. I don’t think I could do another $1000 for treatment. I’m sick to my stomach. Has anyone else had their baby eat a popsicle stick and been okay? .

(this post will not allow me to add a picture)… the shred was like 2 mm x 3/4 inch long… the remaining stick was a few inches long and like almost half longways gone…

I’m freaking out. I took 1.5 mg tirzepatide for the first time after a 6 month break. I took it 3 hours ago and already am super nauseous. I just took some Zofran so i’m hoping it will kick in soon.

I’m super anxious. I’m wondering if this is even worth it. My tirz is older it’s BUD was August 2025 but it was a brand new vial of BPI…. no floaters or anything. Idk… Am I freaking out over nothing? It’s been so long I forget how it feels. I’m trying to calm down…
