Would you buy The Frame again?

The wife and I are updating our living room and considering a frame tv of some sort. We don't watch a ton of tv, mainly sports, and a few shows or a movie after our kids go to bed. I know art tvs can't match the picture quality of most modern tv's so that is kind of a bummer but not a total dealbreaker since tv isn't a mainstay of our life. Here's my question: in todays market would you buy it again?

I feel like almost all the posts in here are either people love it or absolute hate it and they have a plethora of issues. Would you actually buy another fame tv, or the frame pro, or risk it on the new LG gallery tv, etc, or has anyone gone back to a regular tv and forgone the aesthetic of the art on the wall look.

My Pelagos lineup is complete

Picked up the Pelagos GMT today and with that it completes my Pelagos lineup. Both FXD’s are birth year watches for my two boys from their respective birth years so they’ll go to them when they are older

For adult converts…why did you choose Catholicism > Orthodoxy

Title says it all. I have a very small grasp of the theological differences and was just curious as for those who found the church in adulthood why did you choose Catholicism over orthodoxy if you looked into both at all. I’m sure it’s been asked before in here but someone help me understand it like I’m 5 haha

Birth year watch for my son

Looking at picking up a birth year watch for my son. Have been eyeing these two as I don’t have a GMT yet. For context both would be used and 2024 watches and I already own the Pelagos Ultra and the FXD in blue as my first kids birth year watch. I’m torn and it’s also annoying that the Pelagos gmt is never at any of the ADs near me. TIA!

What would you say to someone who’s interested in orthodoxy but it seems very ethnic

Hello everyone, I’ve been on a journey with Christ for almost a year now since I had some major life changes. I never grew up religious and I only have a few friends who are religious and they’re Catholic or Protestant. When visiting a friend out of town we went to his Orthodox Church and it was mesmerizing to me. But in my area the orthodox churches are either Greek or Russian orthodox. I’ve visited both and it seemed apparent to me it was much more Greek culture or Russian culture that Christ centered and I felt like I’d never be Russian or Greek enough to feel welcomed. Just looking for some inputs I guess. Thank you
