4real is the most steve lacy sounding steve lacy song

I don't know the actual musical terms for it, but there's something about the way steve plays the guitar and the bass and the drums that make it so distinct. It's so nice hearing a song and going 'this sounds like steve lacy' and then he's either a feature or producer on the song. Ex: Pony Fly by Matt Martians, Pride by Kendrick Lamar.

I feel like if you took whatever he did that made those songs identifiable, and put it into one song it would be 4real. The lofis as a whole is a very steve sounding album.

Dear bakers of instagram- PUT THE RECIPE IN THE DAMN VIDEO

Instagram would be such a great place to find recipes for baking and cooking if people weren't trying to make things so difficult. Why is it always, 'comment apple and I'll DM you!' or 'Click the link in my bio!' and the recipe's never actually there. I swear it drives me insane. I get that they need advertising for the rest of their brand and whatnot, but I think it would be more encouraging to people to follow them if they just kept things simple. Please and thank you.

The word cancelled is too unserious

I think we've all heard of somebody getting 'cancelled' before. If someone gets cancelled for something stupid like getting into a fight it's whatever. Who cares? But it always gives me the creeps seeing a genuinely serious case like a celebrity getting accused of sexual assault, or domestic violence, and it just gets written off as being cancelled. Like no, they're being called out and shunned for being a shitty person.

At this point, the word cancelled for me is on the same tier as 'unalived' and 'graped'. It takes away the real gravity of the situation. Not to mention the amount of artists/celebrities that blab about how everybody wants to cancel them now, which makes it even harder to take it seriously. Like nearly every other word on the internet, it's been used to death and lost all meaning.

Why do people put things in their bags but never buy them?

I've never been able to understand it when I see a depop item that has over 1000 likes, is in 15 peoples' bags, but takes forever to get sold. Or other times, it'll be a popular item that I just keep in my likes for inspo but when I check back a few weeks later suddenly nobody wants to buy it anymore.

Are these bots, or do people just put stuff in their bags to try to stop people from buying them until they can afford them?

I never saw Maddy as someone to look up to in the earlier seasons (for obvious reasons), but she was still an icon. She would advocate for herself and cared about her friends. She had flaws but it still felt like she was a good person.

This season I just feel like Maddy's become so shallow. Sure she has pretty hair and big fur coats, and a new job, but what actually improved about her? I just hate this new arc of whatever she's trying to do with Cassie. At first it seemed like she was genuinely doing better in life and was above the old drama, but now it looks more like she hasn't truly gotten closure and is trying to get some sort of petty revenge by helping Cassie destroy herself. Just a bitter and slightly bitchy shell of who she used to be.

When I see peoples' discussion about season 3 so far most people still seem to idolize her or just not criticize her, but it's important to acknowledge her issues too.
