TLDR: Trump administration's USDA is launching a major effort called the Great American Cotton Plan to revive the US cotton industry, reduce reliance on synthetic fabrics such as polyester and encourage Americans to buy products made from US-grown cotton.
I know jack shit about cotton and I doubt any cotton related stocks would be even close to Dell or Intel. I just asked chatGPT to give me some tickers:
Gildan Activewear ($GIL) — probably the clearest listed beneficiary. Gildan says it buys cotton and cotton-based yarn through its yarn-spinning facilities, and it estimates that a $0.01/lb move in cotton changes annual raw-material costs by about $6 million.
Kontoor Brands ($KTB) — Wrangler and Lee are denim-heavy brands, and Kontoor says its raw materials include cotton and that it is exposed to both cotton pricing and the cultivation of cotton. If the policy lifts demand for U.S.-made cotton apparel, Kontoor is well placed to benefit.
Adecoagro ($AGRO). One of few publicly listed cotton growers / farmers. Its annual report says its crops business produces soybean, corn, wheat, peanut, sunflower and cotton, so it does have cotton exposure, but it is a broader agribusiness rather than a cotton-specialist.
There is also SLC Agrícola but that's a Brazilian stock.
I know that in modern World of Warcraft 99.9% of all activities are concentrated in the latest themepark zone and most players are chilling in the latest city hub waiting for their instanced content.
However if you were to imagine that WoW was a singleplayer game where older zones mattered, the world is massive after decades of expansions. Also every zone has its own background music track with incredibly high quality.
So my question is: disregarding how endgame in WoW works, is there any other game (singleplayer or MMO) that has bigger total landmass than WoW while also having as many music tracks? Games that generate terrain like Minecraft don't count (and they also probably don't have as many music tracks).
