On the way to a track day...
I was commenting that I only allow bottled water in my GT3 cup holder. A colleague, who clearly trusts them more than I, then sent me this photo. I like to live dangerously but not THAT dangerously. We then moved into a debate over if his detailer would love him or hate him when the inevitable happens. The drinks were consumed before the laps started.
Welcome! Show us your Prized Possession
Welcome to r/PrizedPossession.
This community is about objects that matter, not because of their monetary value, but because of their story.
Your post should include:
• A photo of your item
• A short explanation of why it’s meaningful
Family heirlooms, unusual artifacts, and sentimental keepsakes are all welcome.
If it has a story, it belongs here.
The idea behind this subreddit is to share stories, connections, memories, and our collective history and humanity through the objects which come into and out of our possession and lives.
They may very well be antique or modern, collectible or common, valuable or quite the opposite. Rare or common, heavy in sentiment or lighthearted and silly; all are encouraged and welcome. What matters here is that they are meaningful to you.
