Need help with choosing the right combination/type of magnesium
Has anyone tried this brand of magnesium? Is it optimal to be paired with 1000IU D3 to boost my Vitamin D?

Hi all. I recently got my blood work done and am at the borderline of deficiency and insufficiency for Vitamin D i.e. 51nmol/L. The normal range shown on my report is 75 - 350nmol/L. Doctor didn't recommend me the dosage of Vitamin D I should be taking but he did suggest getting multivitamin (that is also to deal with my insufficient Vitamin B at the same time).
To get my Vitamin D to the normal range (target: 100nmol/L), I bought myself a bottle of multivitamin tabs that comes with standard 400iu D3, a bottle of 1000iu D3 tabs as backup, and a bottle of magnesium tabs 301.5mg (heavy magnesium oxide 464.3mg, magnesium phosphate pentahydrate 175.2mg) that also has a tiny amount of D3 (100iu).
Considering my circumstances:
Note: I live in a tropical climate with good amount of sunlight throughout the year but due to my nature of work I stay mostly indoors. Started to force myself exposing to sunlight in the morning for 15-20mins.
Hi all, I have owned 2 pairs of Saucony Freedom 3 and they have been great shoes to run on treadmill for a short daily 5K+ till it fell apart just recently - detachment of upper and midsole.
I'm looking for a Saucony alternative to Freedom 3 that has low-medium stack midsole/cushioning, better durability, moderate drop and more importantly not-too-aggressive rocker for stability. Tried Asics Novablast 5 in the store, they are a good fit but rather unstable due to its high stack profile and aggressive rocker. Gotta stick to Saucony and get some good recommendations in this sub.
I'm more of a forefoot striker if that helps.
I just got a new pair of Zeiss progressive digital lens 1.67 with Photofusion X Extra Grey and Duravision Plus Platinum UV coating for almost 3 weeks now, loving it so far.
Also, this is my first time ever spending quite a huge amount on prescription glasses, obviously quite new to all the new lens techs and features that are available in the market. I came across some posts about Zeiss lens with gradient tint, they all look very lovely, especially the pistachio tint.
Am wondering if gradient tint works/pairs well with Photofusion X Extra Grey. It wasn't shown in my local optician's Zeiss catalogue, is there actually such option available to have gradient tint + Photofusion X?
Besides, my myopia is on the higher side (-5.5 on both eyes) with -1.00 astigmatism and visual acuity of 6/8 (reduced from 8/8) if I recalled correctly, am I better off with clear over gradient tint glasses for clarity (considering all lighting conditions) or it doesn't matter?
Asking these for my future prescription glasses, coz I really would love to have some gradient tint on my glasses for aesthetic changes but here to seek advice.
Hi peeps,
I've done a routine blood test and wanted to get an EBV test check as well. Reason being, I have long-term nasal rhinitis; wanted to take a preventive test to have it checked. My GP said it is OK to have it checked but didn't strongly recommend it.
Should I seek an ENT doctor's endoscopy first before ordering EBV test or the other way round? Don't wish to spend extra if unnecessary hence the ask.
Thanks.
Hi everyone! I live overseas and used to have a WeChat account, just got it unlocked because I haven't used it in a long time.
Now it's asking for QR code verification. Could anyone help me scan it to verify my account? Thanks.
When I was first introduced to GS diver, I have always liked the cathedral hour hand as it sets diver apart from the rest. However, the latest diver goes back to adopt the Evo9's ubiquitous thick & severed hour hand, was kind of a miss to me.
Which one is your favourite?
