Chunky monkey

Taking a dip on her cool side when temps were hitting triple digits a few days ago. She’s back on her warm side as the heatwave ended.

Unexpected rescue

Found this little fella at work today, lots of people wanted to take him as a pet. I denied and took initiative to rescue him and take him to a wildlife care association. They were pleased when they opened the box and I was torn when I had to let him go. To say the least he’s in much better hands now and I feel much more comfortable because of it.

Switch was much needed [actives]

After dealing with rusty lids and constant contamination, I decided to toss them in exchange for plastic. I’ve noticed an improvement since the change and highly recommend to upgrade as well.

Fat loss or muscle loss?

Will eating in both a carb and protein deficit contribute to muscle loss, fat loss, or both?

New hairstyle?

Looking to change hairstyles.. I usually switch between low fade or taper with the top being a 5-6. Not really into long hair but I’ve been looking into like messy combover type cuts. While still getting tapered sides or a fade. If anyone can point me in the right direction.

Holding strong after 8 month storage [actives]

Nice to see these genetics are taking off no problem. Can’t remember where I got them from

First time experience

Just got done with my first ever tin of sardines. I bought the “tiny tots” brand in extra virgin olive oil. Tried them alone at first and they exceeded my expectations. I then drizzled some Panda Express hot sauce from a pack I had in my car.. boy did I tear them up. I will officially be adding sardines to my diet and therefore be on the lookout for unique tins.
