This Pokémon deserves so much more respect and love. It is adorable and pretty creative if you ask me! Pokémon fans need to loosen up and enjoy the silly more.

I created a mashup of two fanmade versions of Jacinthe’s theme! I took the lyrical version of her theme (created by the lovely Juno Songs) and the instrumental of the Flamenco version of her theme (courtesy of Discetto) and combined the two! I think it came out beautifully — let me know what you think! Check out the two people who created the halves of this mashup, too! They make great stuff.

im a man of very odd tastes. im a huge fan of mr. men, tamagotchi, pokemon, sesame street, rhythm heaven, etc. but im curious to see how people would react to this. please be kind, yes i KNOW i put a mr. men game for favorite protag but i cant think of a lot of protagonists in gaming that i like okay

my first post in this sub! and its a tier list. keep in mind a couple of things from my perspective:

- ive been watching this show since the release of bfb 10
- i havent watched bdfie, so no bfdie characters
- my memory of a lot of episodes is a bit foggy but im going based on episodes of rewatched and of what i remember (since i used to rewatch this show pretty offen)
- each of the failed debuters (including ones that havent had many lines or screentime) rank high because of my own personal bias (each of the failed debuters in the second highest tier have more specified, convential reasons for being ranked as high as they are)
- finally, i will try my hardest to reason with those who politely disagree with my opinions

this all being said, preferably dont skin me alive for having certain characters high up. be civil and overall dont be an asshole

This thing should be self-explanatory. Once a day I’ll send in my top 6 favorite Pokémon of each type (and, by proxy, my definitive team for that type). I’ll list my honorable mentions, too! Speaking of, they’ll honorable mentions are Furret, Blissey, Dunsparce, Lopunny (and no, it isn’t for the reasons you think, I just think the design is sleek and kickass) Ambipom, Purugly, Audino, Hisuian Zoroark, Minccino, Meloetta, Dolliv, and finally, Maushold.

I know this is Day 1, but depending on how much interaction this receives, I might post another. We’ll see. I should also not that this is in National Pokédex order, not by favorite to least favorite or vice versa.

Hello! You may or may not have seen me within this sub before. If not, call me woshcloth! I draw silly little cartoons and write about silly little cartoons.

I created this character called Kizzu a little while ago. I wanted to capture a specific, cutesy sort of style I see in some anime or Japanese media (like the little mouse fella from Detective Conan, whatever his name is). For some reason, I really like to hypothesize game ideas. And I saw potential in this nervous little creature… so potential I put out. This is by no means complete, and could be considered me throwing ideas at the way. but I’ll show it off anyway! Character designs are present in the image attached. Enjoy!

Cho no Super Sprite
Possible worlds include:
Jimedoe, the meadow of the Sprites
Yashoup, the fruity tropic jungles
Baoshi, the desert area and town of the Doughmen
Corontop, an impossibly tall mountain will peril about

Main characters (and those related to them) include:
Kizzu, the timid Sprite nurse and the main character you play as
Himeli, the lesser Angel that grants Kizzu fighting capabilities, bringing her company on her journey, as well
Pii, the Nosh that belongs to Kizzu
Tsuewee, the whistle-like character that is the stubborn stooge to Ickughbod
Cappy T. Keel, the sailor that owns the S.S. Sprite (which he uses to sail you to the following worlds)
Ickughbod, the main antagonist of the game and interdimensional creator of Imps and their energy
GeneSis, the only Archangel and the creator of the Sprite Dimension and everything in between

Possible game mechanics include:
Bubble, the main form of attack that Kizzu uses which allows for damage and eventual Bubbling of enemies or objects. Bubbles follow Kizzu until kicked into another enemy, and only two at a time can follow her
Bubbling, which signifies a defeat of an enemy signaled by the enemy itself being Bubbled, allowing for the now Bubbled enemy to be kicked into obstacles or another enemy
Bubble Burst, a charged up sudsy aura that when released triggers hidden switches, highlights the location of certain secret objects, and briefly stuns all on screen enemies. Can be charged midair
Downpour, an attack that allows Kizzu to jut downward, defeating any enemy she lands on one while doing this attack
Bubble Boppers, a form of attack not natively obtainable, having to be bought as an optional upgrade all its own. They are arms made of bubbles that, if equipped, start the player off with one, heavy hitting attack at the beginning of each level. When contact with an enemy is made, the arms pop

Main species (aside from enemies) include:
Sprites, creatures known for their carefree nature and happy personality** **(Kizzu, Dingu, Beebee, Cappy T. Keel) 
Angels, divine beings that rule over the Sprite Dimension and can be sent through the bugle in the sky to visit the Sprite Dimension personally (Himeli) 
Archangels, the highest class of angels with the ability to create life and warp worlds to their will (GeneSis) 
Imps, an everpresent force that can materialize to form violent beings
Doughmen, doughy and meaty individuals that live under the hot sun of Baoshi

Possible enemies (in no order) include:
Pust, the harmless blobby character that wanders about
Mogoeld, the greedy character that hustles about in search of KinCoins
Manuemanu, the playful character that juggles Fruit Bubbles and (in certain stages) throws Bombs
Doud, the tall character that is passive and acts as a platform in pits
Nosh, the globby little character that loves fruit and is a pet to Sprites like Kizzu
Googlebird, the giant, ditzy character that is seen throughout Googlebird Peak
Maitashi, the fungal character that stumbles around in a seemingly out of it daze due to its spores

Important objects, values, or currencies include:
KinCoin, the currency in universe and in the game used for buying upgrades to abilities
Points, which are gained from defeating enemies or collecting Fruit and is used to exchange for Chances when you collect 100 of them
Fruit, which comes in many varieties (apple, orange, pear, grape bunch, banana, and melon) each with varying values of points
Chances, which are the game’s equivalent of extra lives that can be found scattered sparingly across levels or through gaining 100 Points
Fruit Bubbles, which are just bubbled Fruit of any kind, either floating around and needed to be accessed by platforming or being withheld by enemies like Manuemanu or Nosh
Bombs, which are lying around in certain levels or thrown with the intent to harm by enemies like Manuemanu

Possible bosses (in no order) include:
Doud and Proud, the largest recorded Doud that has a sapient bump on its head named Proud that is angry and in a drunken haze after watching too many movies and having one too many swigs
Gubble, a gum-like character that lives in Gubble’s Gulch, being controlled by an Evil Virus to become hostile, ruining Yashoup’s** **flow
Gertrude the Gullible, a childish giant that got tricked by Tsuewee into being evil and destructive, with the Imps making sure she is none the wiser to this

Minor characters include:
Dingu, a clumsy Sprite that lives in his house that is near a cliff to poke fun at his accident-prone ways, way down in Whoopsy Doop Stoop 
Rabbi Douda, the leader of the Douds in 1 – 4, who can’t seem to find a job for them
Fishes, with their individual names unknown, are residents of Bunch Bubbleway who have lost items needed to be returned in 2 – 2
Vegetables, who each want to be turned into a dish before they rot so they can finally go to the big kombucha bar in the sky in 2 – 3
Beebee, an eager Sprite who wants to improve her aim with Starchery practice

Stages sorted by world include:
1 – 1 Rockabye Hill (Jimedoe), 1 – 2 Whoopsy Doop Stoop (Jimedoe), 1 – 3 Googlebird Peak (Jimedoe), 1 – 4 Way of the Doud (Jimedoe), 1 – 5 Wiggly Wildworks (Jimedoe), 1 – BOSS Tall Tale Hideaway (Jimedoe)

2 – 1 Fruity Falls (Yashoup), 2 – 2 Bunch Bubbleway (Yashoup), 2 – 3 Veggie Beddybye (Yashoup), 2 – 4 Soda Pop Spring (Yashoup), 2 – 5 Sling Bean Starchery (Yashoup), 2 – BOSS Gubble’s Gulch (Yashoup)

3 – 1 Dry Man’s Drop (Baoshi), 3 – 2 Fool’s Gold Dash (Baoshi)

(the rest of the levels are by no means complete, like a lot of stuff here)

Stages that revolve around helping people include:
1 – 2, where you help Dingu pay more attention to his surroundings
1 – 3, where you help retrieve the stolen Googlebird egg
1 – 4, where you help Rabbi Douda and his Douds get jobs as platforms
2 – 2, where Pii helps you swim about and return items to fishes
2 – 3, where you help willing vegetables get turned into a dish
2 – 5, where you help Beebee get better aim via Starchery practice
2 – BOSS, where you help Gubble by smacking him around a bit, knocking out the Evil Virus in his stomach

Stage hazards and gimmicks include:
A mobile Googlebird, seen in 1 – 3. Near the end of the stage, where you attempt to scale Googlebird Peak, the giant bird walks around, unintentionally posing a threat to you. The bird itself is invincible, so you have to avoid its steps to reach the peak and finish the stage
Douds being utilized as platforms, seen in 1 – 4 and a couple of stages after their debut. Douds rise at certain intervals, specifically from the bottom of peaks. They can be used as platforms, and they don’t seem to mind

Pii provides assistance, first seen in 2 – 2. Pii seems to be waiting in the second room of the stage, with Kizzu incredibly confused as to why he is there in the first place. Kizzu prepares to lightly chastise the young Nosh, but Himeli stops her. He says he foresees him helping them out. Pii then bubbles Kizzu, allowing for her to swim throughout the remainder of the level until she breaches land

A Mogoeld race, seen in 3 – 2 where the entire level circles around racing against multiple Mogoelds. There are multiple placements in the race, ranging from fifth place to first places, with obstacles to trip you up along the way

this is in no order! except for the first 6! those are in order from favorite to least favorite and are my top 6 favorite pokemon of all time. this was very hard to narrow down as there are a bunch of other pokemon i like (most of them are pokemon that people dont like but maybe ill save that for another post)

i never did a formal thing for my fandoms other than “hey i like this kinda” or “hey i wanna look into this series” do here it is i guess? i saw other people doing it

the stuff i like is probably childish but eh i dont really mind. i like what i like

characters from animated segments in sesame street (specifically from 1969–2006) have been my primary hyperfixation for so long. ive always really liked sesame street (when i was really young id watch stuff like number creatures segments, abstract count segments, etc.) but coming back with appreciation for its lesser known characters has influenced my artstyle in so many ways. my heart goes out specifically to teeny little super guy, cecille, martian beauty, julius + jasper, and a couple others really cool ones. ive always loved older characters, electronics, and media for children (my favorite series of all time is mr. men and little miss) and sesame street has genuinely got me enamored so much as a result (im attempting to get into the muppets show 1969 and other stuff too)

excuse my tangent but the point is that i really like obscure sesame street characters. heres some art of them and props if you read through this entire part of this post
