This bypass method requires you to open a chrome browser in a non chrome app like google contacts or play store. If your screen time ends but the available apps button is visible this will work.

1. Open Play Store or an Android System app that doesn't show up on the app usage.
2. Tap your profile picture on the top right of your screen.
3. Look down to see the Privacy Policy and tap it.
4. You would be redirected to a privacy policy web browser inside of the app you opened.
5. tap the 9 dots to access what you need.

Known issues:

Sound instantly stops when your screen time hits but you will still be able to use the browser.

After your screen time stops the browser will continue to work but once you accidentally get into play store or completely close the app the bypass method doesn't work

Results:

Play Store doesn't show up on app usage and cannot be restricted to be blocked.

It seems that Android 17s sound system is broken for only playing on bluetooth devices. Mine didn't work but when I turned off EQUALIZERS in the PLAYBACK menu within the settings in Spotify, you would be able to play it. I'm on Pixel 7a. If it doesn't work, just let me know.
