Hip issues runty cat?

I’ve had this runty little dumpster kitty for about a year, she should be roughly 2-3 (Big Baby Pudding Snatcher)

I’ve just noticed her back legs click, pop, and grind when she extends her legs while she’s upside down.

and i think she meowed in pain when it popped one time.

she doesn’t seem to have limited range of motion and she runs and gallops around just fine.

The Pap was perky 2 days ago and has fallen down

I may have over watered, but i’m also wondering if it’s legging towards the window, or over crowding

Also when would you move them to a bigger space? this terrarium i made about thumb width for the pot insert
