Is this a neckline worth exploring?

I usually go for a different style halter with a deep v and it looks great. Wondering about if this is too high though.

I don't know how to deal with this extreme exhaustion

I'm 34F who recently realized I have high TSH in my blood work. Up until last fall I was very fit and had a lot of energy. I ran a half marathon in the spring and couldn't understand why I never had the same level of energy as I'd previously had training for races. My time was also much slower. I then realized that I was gaining weight. I gained a little under 20 pounds in a short period of time. But what really has been bothering me is extreme exhaustion. Every morning is a fight to wake up. Even if I sleep for 9 hours. It's literally a battle. My running has completely fallen off. I had a PCP appointment on 7/20 and my TSH was 14.87. I'm getting blood work again this coming week and hopefully she will prescribe me medication before I have to go to a specialist because I'm terrified of waiting months with this. Does anyone have any advice on ways to help with this? The other symptoms are making me really insecure. Although I'm partially relieved because I thought it was a depressive episode following a divorce last year. But the exhaustion is getting in the way of me living life. I am a therapist and have to be very on top of it at work and this is making it very difficult. I'm also having slow reaction times and fogginess but I'm unsure if that's exhaustion related or thyroid related.

Working out while waiting for treatment on an infection

I'm waiting on treatment for my tooth. I just finished antibiotics for an abscess and cannot get it treated with a root canal or possible extraction for two weeks. I ran a half marathon this past spring and running is a big part of my current routine. However I've run on and off for a few years and have noticed it's always better to take a break if anything is physically wrong with me. Should I avoid running until under my tooth treated? Are there other workouts I can do if not?

Why do I feel such a strong energy towards him?

I haven't seen this man in years. We had a really strong connection on and off when I was younger but the timing was never right. We never really lived in the same place at the same time. I didn't contact him at all once I got into a relationship with my ex husband other than him sending congratulations after our engagement. But now I dream about him all the time and things remind me of him constantly. He started interacting with me again on social media now that we are both single again. I have a bad pattern of idealizing men that I want to break but I am curious about our synastry. Why is this so strong? It's someone I tried to not think about but have never been able to stop. The energy was just always so STRONG. I just feel like things are not done between us but I'm really scared to reach out too because I don't trust myself to make good decisions with men. My ex-husband blindsided me badly and destroyed my world view. I'm in the inside and he's the outside.

Where would be a good place for me to heal and start over?

Been living in Pittsburgh the last 9 years. Life has been very difficult the last few years. I feel lost and unsure of where to go next. I desperately want to heal and start over and feel like my location holds me back. I love the West Coast but I'm unsure if Neptune is playing tricks on me. Would love other insight.

How long can I wait on an abscess treatment?

On Tuesday I was traveling and woke up with swelling on my gum area. I went to urgent care and got prescribed amoxicillin. Currently on day 4 of a 10 day script. She gave me prescription mouthwash too. I spent all morning yesterday calling dentists to find one who takes my current insurance. The one I found can't see me for almost 4 weeks. They said I should be okay with antibiotics on the phone. But I'm really concerned that's too long to wait. Should I attempt to get in somewhere earlier? I don't want to risk things getting worse.

Looking for a kind dentist who won't shame me

I'm way overdue for a dental appointment. Embarrassingly overdue. I had a really challenging few years and my mental health really suffered. To the point where I was unsure if I'd still be here 😕 because of that I really didn't see the point in going. Also I knew I'd need multiple things done and I was going through a divorce and BROKE af. I'm in really bad shape and can tell. However, I was traveling this week and experienced an abscess tooth. I had swelling at my gum. I went to an urgent care on my trip and got antibiotics. They told me I'd need to get in once I'm back and once the antibiotics are done I'll probably need something major done. I'm back in town now and my anxiety about calling tomorrow is very high. I feel ashamed and humiliated and I also just have really high anxiety about this. I'm looking for recommendations for someone in my position. I'm seriously terrified. I just got dental insurance recently. When my divorce finalized and I went on my own plans I made sure to get dental coverage. I saw Pittsburgh dental spa listed but I don't know if they'll take my plan. Anywhere else I can call tomorrow? I am kicking myself so much already that I'm worried I'll burst out into sobs even though it'd be very rational for them to be angry at me for this.

What do you consider early grieving?

My dad died 18 months ago. Sometimes it feels like it just happened a week ago. I am frustrated with myself at how it consumes me certain days. I am trying to be gentle with myself that this wasn't that long ago. I get very upset with myself for how much it's kept me stuck. I was wondering what you'd all consider to be the early stages of grief.

Struggling with the possibility that I may not get to experience motherhood. Looking for some advice.

So this community has been a big help to me before. It's difficult to talk about this with others in my personal life because I don't want anyone to pity me or feel guilty or awkward talking to me about their kids. But I got married and divorced in the last four years. I just turned 34. Four years ago, I was SO READY to have a baby with my now ex-husband. Well, 2 years ago everything blew up. Like my whole life blew up. I found out he was a COMPULSIVE liar and had been doing so many horrible things behind my back. Stuff that I still have not recovered from. Then my dad passed away. I've worked really hard to rebuild my life slowly but surely. I got my own place and am finally able to keep my head above water financially. There is a part of me that is excited to embrace the possibilities. I just ran my first half marathon and am looking to keep up with that journey. I'm working on planning an international trip. Thinking about moving cities and a career change. Basically, life is very up in the air. But I get really emotional and upset when I think about never getting to experience having children. I love kids and work with kids every day. I know I've already made a big difference in the lives of so many kids in the past 8 years that I've been in my career. But I feel like every other day I'm running into a peer, coworker or friend who is pregnant. I also constantly hear from my mom and some other family members how devastating it is that my chances at having kids are done or that I should try to find a guy and get pregnant immediately. Which I am completely against after my divorce and having my world fall apart. Sometimes I think about freezing my eggs but that sounds like a difficult situation I may not be able to afford. Anyway, I'm just really looking for advice from other women about their own journeys and how I can come to terms with this. I'm sure it's more so conditioning that has made me feel this way, but I am really having a hard time and I think about it every day.

Does anyone else think that Faye is an informant or working for the DEA? It just seems so odd how at the end of season 2 she was at Fez's and appeared to be the only person who walked out neither dead or in jail. I guess a lot of time has passed in the show since then, but something I've been thinking about since she tried to put the blame on Laurie twice at Fez's home and her boyfriend was wearing a wire. So surely the police heard it? Maybe I'm giving Faye too much credit LOL. But I'm curious to hear other takes on this.
