Upgraded from the Athlon 3000g to a Ryzen 3 pro 2200ge 35w (£15), also snagged a full copper thermalrite axp x47 and nvme heatsink on the Amazon sale.

Quite the uplift in performance after setting ctdp from auto to 65w, now the Ryzen can go full pelt without any drops in igpu and core frequency even when there is a huge load on both when stressed. Nifty little tip.

Now it's just waiting till January to get a new CPU.

Have to say I'm pretty stoked with the full copper cooler, it's gorgeous.

Paid 55 for this with cross point already installed and now I just need to load up some books. And yes I know I have a bit of lint under he screen protecter will need to get some more also any tips as its my first time ever with a e reader

Seen this going on Facebook marketplace so had to snap it up.

1st/2nd gen bad boy that's near immaculate for its age, added a retro Cannondale saddle bag to. Changed tyres, cables and brake pads and all is good. Everything is deore except for pedal arms (SRAM) and came with clip less pedals but they are getting changed to flat. Handle bars are shite and will be getting upgraded due time, don't trust the brand but for commuting they'll do for now.

Frame is huge at 24 inches and is very comfortable while in the saddle.

Also like the devil branding on headset, frame is USA built too.

Bike will be used for helping with weight loss as I've gone on the chubby side and I'm really needing to get back in the saddle.

my tt990 broke with a hardware failure with reading the SIM so that got returned

now I have this after adding the extra bit of cash.

The phone is brilliant screen is decent size so text is readable and keyboard works a treat. Battery is real good lasting a day and half with light to moderate usage

dumber works great after remapping keys which took no longer than 10 minutes.

F25 is worth getting

Came home to the missus handing me an Amazon box with a huge smile on her face

Didn't have a clue what it was, until I opened the box.

She went out of her way to order me it yesterday considering she's been well invested in the discussion of "dumbing down" and has been thoroughly listening as to what I was explaining and why it's important and she was asking questions that I was happy to answer/or sharing the tablet to search and read with the pros and cons etc.

Obviously I know it's a transition device to help sever ties and to find a balance as I cannot be completely dumbed down as of yet with work commitments until work dies down I'll have to use this type of device until there no need anymore. I have a handful of apps which is probably less than ten with email, maps and WhatsApp being the most important.

I asked my partner why she done this? Just to get a reply of " I love seeing you happy" I literally went weak at the knees knowing she has forfullment. Not only that she's also doing a chicken roast dinner too.

Safe to say I was speechless.

Now I have this and the tt280 that's no longer needed.

Took the plunge and nabbed a ttfone tt280, unused open box for £30.

Hoping to taking the 1st step of dumbing down with a transition device until I preorder a dumber mini.

Great little device for what it is and does what I needed it to mostly communication, email checking and a GBC emulator for those little travel journeys.

For anyone wondering, I have a 256gb micro SD card installed and it CAN be set up to be used as internal storage of which I have done.

I have a handful of apps at the moment which work well enough. I also have a tablet as a "companion" for some social media, emails, YouTube, netflix and banking.

Also have to ask, any recommendations on replacing Google maps and a browser, using via is ok but is there anything better for lower end devices.

Definitely worth the £30 I paid, I will be upgrading to the dumber mini or maybe even the tt990.

Finally finished my f91w ready for holiday and what a difference a NATO strap makes!

Original band wouldn't fit my wrist so bout a 22mm NATO with some 18 to 22mm adapters. Using the adapters and the 22mm NATO makes the watch look bigger than what it actually is.

I own a 85 Seiko, couple of gshocks and a a163w and the by far the f91w is my favourite of the bunch! Don't know why but I've fell in love with this thing. Going to pull the trigger on the rest of the f91w's for the collection.

Proper chuffed on a £18 watch with a £10 NATO strap.

I took the plunge and bought the f91w in the black and gold.

I have also bought a NATO strap to go with it.

Heading to turkey on Sunday so only taking 2 cheap watches with me, the f91w and a newly acquired a163w to wear on the evenings.

Will be modding the watch more when I get back with a negative display and a hydro mod.

Got this bad boi working after 5 years of not in use with his passing.

Could do with a service and a fresh crystal but she's still ticking.

My father had this since new in 87/88.

Don't really know much about it and if it went by an actual model name, I have this with 2 G-Shocks but I can't put into words how glad I am that this piece is still working

So I got giving a barebones HP Desktop Pro A300 G3 with its dmi data missing in bios. Managed to snag a Ryzen 3200g and 16gb tforce vulan ram for 30 quid! Having to use a 60gb SSD (Ubuntu) and a new condition and really low usage 1tb HDD that's only 5400rpm. The power supply is 180w gold plus so I may have to drop the ctdp down of the ryzen to say 35 or 45w just so I have safety heard room.

I already had internal WiFi and the rx550 so got it all set up and going.

People going to ask why I'm using a rx550 with the Ryzen having vega 8, its because I cannot use xmp and HP board has capped the ram at its jdec speeds so the rx550 has been shot in.

Even with a messed up bios it works really well for what I use it for and it really quite. Can play all the games I needed it to and really good at streaming 4k on bedroom TV.

If anyone comes across any am4 office builds, snap them up! This one has really helped me out in a pinch.
