TW: SI. How do you cope with suicidal ideation every month?

Hello. I'm currently in my luteal phase and, as always, I've been suffering from suicidal thoughts. I've been having them since I was 12, and this continuous on-and-off cycle, where I'm fine for a while and then truly want to end my life the next, is exhausting me. I'm so tired of dealing with these thoughts, and it has been getting harder and harder to manage them. I'm extremely tired and I'm afraid of something bad happening in the future. I'm aware now that these thoughts go away once I get my period, so I just try to tolerate them and I do not have any intention right now. But since it keeps getting worse every year, I'm just a bit afraid of my own state of mind during these times.

I don't take any medication, and I don't have the money to see a psychiatrist who could prescribe me antidepressants. Is there anyone here who is in the same situation and can give me some advice? How do you generally cope with this every month?

Gl recommendation for a beginner? I prefer stories where romance isn't the main plot

Hello! I'd really love to get into GL, and I've already searched for some suggestions in various subs. I tried 23.5 since everyone was recommending it and I was in the mood for something light. However, I couldn't finish it because I found it way too childish for my taste. I don't have a strict preference when it comes to the "heaviness" or "lightness" of a story, that usually just depends on my mood. What I did realize, though, is that I always end up loving stories where the romance isn't the only central focus. For example, a thriller with a mystery to solve that keeps me hooked, but with some romance woven into it.

It doesn't necessarily have to be a thriller. I just want something that isn't just "X and Y meet and fall in love" with the entire plot revolving around that. Don't get me wrong, I do enjoy pure romance sometimes, but it just doesn't compare to other genres for me.

Do you have any GL recommendations that fit this description?

Compresenza/affiancamento non pagato in Cooperativa Sociale. È legale?

Buongiorno a tutti e tutte,

I finished "Jeongnyeon: the star is born" and I'm obsessed

I finished this drama and it was so beautiful. My heart felt full after I finished it. It's a woman-centric drama, and I always love it when this is the case. I'm a bit sad that they decided to erase the original lesbian stories of the webtoon. But the queer undertones are there, and you can't miss them.

It deserves more recognition than it already has. Kim Tae Ri is my favorite actress, she's incredibly talented, and I love watching her on screen. The gukgeuk performances were amazing, I always ended up feeling emotional. It has definitely been added to my favorites list.

If anyone here didn't watch it, I highly recommend it!

bro i'm so tired, I read and watched anything that can be called "aroace representation" but like... most of the time it isn't even canon or expressed in an explicit way (the best one I've seen so far is the jdrama "koisenu futari"). when do we get to enjoy our stories being narrated ughh

I'm from Italy and I'd love to interact with the Italian a-spec community, but I don't know any space. I'm not necessarily looking for IRL groups, online ones are fine too. Is there any Italian here who knows if they exist somewhere?
