Got the access panel off for my pump assembly, but the flare nut connecting the fuel line is completely seized in place. The started to round so I'm currently soaking it in some PB Blaster and am gonna try to use a vice grip to get it loose. If I can't get it, what should I do? 😭 Any help would be appreciated!

Starting on the 9th, I'm scheduled 10 days in a row. Last month they had me work 8 in a row and I told them it's really bad for my mental health to do that long with no days off.. my dept just unionized. Should I reach out to my manager first, or go straight to Union about the 10 days straight? For context, I've managed department stores (none as large as Kroger, to be fair) and I never scheduled or felt the need to schedule someone more than 5 days in a row. Can I get this changed, or am I doomed to get fucked over?
