Cavity problem

I (19 F) have had issues with cavities my whole life. When I was younger I will admit I hated brushing my teeth so did skip once or twice a week but when I turned sixteen I was sick of always going to the dentist and being told I have cavities, so then I really started to try and lock in. However every year I have at least nine cavities, all early stages but still. I have to get them filled and almost all my teeth have fillings in them now. This past year my routine has been extremely thorough, brushing 2-3 times a day with the expensive toothpaste my dentist told me to get, I use a water pick twice a day and floss with regular floss with toothpaste on it twice a day. I use mouthwash in the mornings. I’ve been cutting back on sugar and never have any sugary drinks. However I am now developing a sensitivity in one of my teeth to cold and sweets. I believe it’s a cavity. I just don’t understand, every year I have the same amount of cavities or old fillings need to be re done and the dentist says that I should brush my teeth more but I do! I don’t get plaque build up anymore and now I’m just so lost on what to do and I’m so frustrated. I do so much more than the average person but haven’t ever had less than four cavities when I go to the dentist. Does anyone have any recommendations for what I should do?

Am I supposed to be annoyed by my opera roommate singing all the time

I can’t tell if I’m just over reacting but my college roommate who is an opera singer is always fucking singing. And yeah she sound great but am I just being sensitive or would other people also be annoyed by that. Because I genuinely have so much rage when she sings for no reason. Like I can’t I get so mad. I don’t care how good it sounds please shut up

Am I being too sensitive?

So I am a twenty year old woman who goes to college have to roommates the same age as me. I don’t really like sharing a room but they seem nice enough. It’s been about two weeks since school started and I’ve been sleeping horrible. For some details, I go to bed typically around 10:30-11:00 at night and wake up from 7:00-8:30. Which I feel is reasonable. Here is where the issue comes, my roommates stay up late out and about and wake up early. But they have a tendency to be loud. Now I can’t tell if I’m overreacting and if this is just a me thing but I want to know what you’d do in my situation. They do small things like leaving the door wide open while they go in and out for like an hour which means ppl can see me when I’m sleeping which makes me uncomfortable. They also open and close drawers rather loud and don’t put things down suiters, it also feels like they don’t even try to shut the door silently. Am I overreacting or is it normal to be annoyed at this? I’ve talked to them about it and nothing has changed.
