Bilingual Professional Looking for REMOTE-ONLY Work – Administrative, Nonprofit, Legal Support or Customer Service

Hi everyone! I’m currently looking for a remote-only full-time or part-time position and wanted to post here in case anyone knows of a company or organization that is hiring.
I’m bilingual in English and Spanish and have several years of professional experience in legal services, nonprofit/community work, administrative support, and customer service.
My experience and skills include:
Legal and administrative support
Client intake and client communication
Preparing and reviewing documents and forms
English/Spanish translation
Data entry and record keeping
Case and document management
Phone, email, and chat customer service
Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Working with confidential and sensitive information
I’m particularly interested in nonprofit/community organizations, administrative support, intake/client services, program support, customer service, HR support, legal support, or similar positions.
I’m located in San Antonio and am specifically seeking REMOTE-ONLY work. I’m open to both full-time and part-time opportunities and am available to start immediately.
If you know of a company or organization hiring remotely, or have any leads you’d recommend, I would really appreciate it. Thank you!

What other thing can I do other than a legal assistant with a legal studies BA and 3 years of immigration experience? Humanitarian base?

I recently got fired and tbh I’m at a point where I’m realizing maybe I don’t want to do this anymore… I’m trying but I’m just not getting good feedback I’ve had 3 atty make me cry… I don’t wanna try to look for another legal assistant position in immigration just to get re put down about not being detailed efficiently etc when I’m not being properly trained I genuinely don’t know and I’m trying my absolute best how am I ever supposed to get better if I’m not giving the proper training chance… so what other jobs could I possibly do? Advice has anyone pivoted careers?

Anyone else feel this way?

I haven’t worked in person since last year… I’ve crawled back into my shell I just lost my remote job yesterday and it took a year to find that one.. I want to have the courage to work in person but I’m so scared I don’t even know how to start.. whenever I’m alone out n about it’s sooo hard for me I’ll get this weird rush head sensation like woah woah something off everything will feel weird around me… even myself like I’m have a stroke or something and that the part that worries me when it comes to trying to things alone and work in person. Any advice?

Is it me? Any immigration legal assistant

Immigration legal assistants was it hard for yall as well even though you have experience?

I have 3 years experience in immigration but just basic SIJ USCIS cases tbh.. when I started working in immigration as a legal assistant at the first firm I struggle a lot I didn’t do good tbh that was my fault… I quit bc I felt like I wasn’t being trained like I was being left out of the loop. put to do simple task putting the mail up translating.. I got cases taken away from me. I got hired elsewhere I stayed for 2 years but I also had such a hard time my evaluation were terrible I was also new in the position learning SIJ USCIS cases I worked in immigration but just basic putting up mail translating… I did do a bit better but I really did try when I worked at that 2nd firm for 2 years we had lay offs. I’ve tried re appying at this firm but im sure it’s those evaluations effecting me from re-hire. I struggggled almost year finding another job. I finallllllly got hired at another firm finally and was told I would be trained.. it was more EOIR than USCIS cases and USCIS cases I am not familiar with I understand the concept but I don’t know how to do them. tbh it didn’t feel like that all more like here’s the instructions do the work and it felt so disorganized at this firm I did like it bc I did learn like 3/4 new things anyway I got let go here after being here a month. I don’t know is it me? I’m trying my absolute best… to pay attention to detail delivery accuracy and efficiency but now I’m like maybe… as much I want this… maybe this isn’t the career for me. How many more firms do I need to get bad feedback poor evaluation fired before I finally get good feedback and are doing a good job? I even decided to go back to school last year. I have 4.0 gpa all A’s but work wise it’s just not reflecting… can anyone relate? Just looking for glimpse of hope that it’s not a me thing… as like nooo I struggled at a lot of firms before I eventually did better etc if it’s worth continuing to try
