Got lucky on granny’s banner! However I am beyond broke in mora and resources. Do her talent levels do anything for a Lohen/Durin/Nicole team? I’m assuming her burst is pretty much useless, like Nicole’s.
My investment levels are C0 PJWS Lohen, C2R1 Durin and C1 skyward Nicole.
If I played better, lv 90, got Yae’s free C1, and crowned some talents it would be higher. It’s not bad but it’s still worse than premium freeze, of course.
Investment levels: C0 PJWS Lohen, C0 Sandrone, C0 Yae, C1 Nicole
Lohen is on 4pc Rising Winds and cryo dmg goblet because he isn’t doing much stellar conduct damage, just applying cryo. Yae is on the 4pc stellar conduct set, and Sandrone is on 4pc Noblesse Oblige.
Surprisingly it does more damage than my Sandrone team, but her talents are still 8/6/8 so that might be it.
When I use Nicole’s burst every rotation, my highest DPS is 203K+. My DPS jumps to 210K+ when I skip her burst. Is it just my Nicole or my team that causes this? I use Albedo instead of Citlali, is that the reason?
For reference, my builds + investment levels are:
- C0 PJWS Lohen, talents 1/9/8, 4pc Rising Winds (2460 ATK, 80/210 crit before artifact set bonus)
- C1 Albedo, talents 1/10/8, 4pc Golden Troupe
- C1 Nicole, talents 1/10/8, 4pc Celestial Gift (4000 ATK and 195% ER)
- C2R1 Durin, talents 6/10/10, 4pc Rising Winds (pyro damage goblet)
My rotation is: Albedo E > Durin EQ (dark mode) > Nicole EQ > Lohen E 2CA E 5CA E 6CA Q
EDIT: Haha, I’ve figured it out! When Nicole says, “Our little secret,” in her burst voiceline, she’s referring to how her burst is secretly useless! Every build/guide I came across said that her burst is good in hexerei teams and useless in non-hex teams, but this advice is ill informed. It seems to depend on the team and character investments, and even then the DPS increase is minimal. Ts stinks.

I’ve seen a lot of controversy over some Zyox clippers, about how a lot of them post whole, unedited streams on YouTube. And how they put a billion ads on the videos. So I’ve been trying to distance myself from these channels, but that just leaves me starving for Zyox content.
Originally I didn’t really care about it, since the clippers still put in the time and effort to upload content as fast as possible. And to be honest, clippers are the reason why I, a non twitch watcher, became a fan in the first place. Would it be bad to still watch their channels? If yes, what other ways can I get the same experience? And are there less “bad” clippers that I can watch instead?
When I first read Miss Not-So Sidekick, I thought it was absolute peak. The comedy was refreshing and the artstyle was beautifully unique. Plus the characters stood out from the usual OI stereotypes. Even now, Latte remains one of my favourite FLs in otome isekai.
However, it’s been 7+ years since I’ve started religiously reading OI. My tastes have changed a lot and my expectations have become higher. I still liked it upon reread, but the writing felt a bit shallow now. It’s still a great read; I’ve just been hyping it up so much that I felt disappointed when I didn’t enjoy it as much.
I know there are many OI veterans here who have experienced something similar. Just want to hear your stories.

I want Capitano to be playable as much as anyone else, but wouldn’t it be cruel if he was forced to wake up after finally achieving peace? He’s been carrying immense burden for centuries, and he’s only human. Even if he no longer carries the souls of his comrades, the mental toll left behind must still be huge. If he were to become playable, he’d have to wake up and suffer again.
Honestly, if it means that Capitano will never have to suffer again, I’m fine with him not becoming playable. I’d like to know your thoughts on this though.
I was trying out Lohen freeze, and frankly, it doesn’t feel that great since my Mona is only C2. Granted it’s not his best team and he’s not fully ascended yet, but I’m still a little bummed about it.
I’d like to know how much DPS Mona’s C4 increases, to see if it’s worth grabbing her cons on the selector.
If anyone can post their calcs or showcases in the comments, that’ll be helpful. For reference, my characters cons are: C0 Lohen/C2 Mona/C1 Escoffier/C0 Furina. No sigs, Lohen is on R1 PJWS.
I’ve read a few Action/Fantasy manhwa, but none of them come close to these. Any recommendations for manhwa that are on par? It needs to have:
- Excellent character writing (both protagonist and side characters)
- Good worldbuilding
- Great action and art
- Great story

It’s decent, but it doesn’t feel right. Anyone knows the optimal combo? And is there a way to animation cancel for faster CAs? I play on mobile though so that might not be possible for me.
With Wrio’s V4 leaks, how much better does Disenchantment in Deep Shadows become compared to Marechausee Hunter? Specifically for C6R1 Wrio.

How much stronger is her sig for her now?

Using gilded bc I have awful luck in the new domain. Is this build fine or does she need more ER/EM? And is 100 CR too much if there’s cryo resonance?
Also I’m aware that the def% rolls on the sands are awful. I’ve rerolled it a few times and the results were worse.
She’s such a fun main DPS, I can’t believe I haven’t seen much DPS showcases on this subreddit! Please post your damage showcases, I want to see how far her potential goes!
My Prune is only C5, lv 70 and 1/9/9 talents, so she’s not the best she can be. However, do note that I have C2R1 Durin, C1 Nicole and C6 Faruzan which more than makes up for that damage loss. Though, I also want to see someone try out C6 Prune/C2R1 Nicole/C2R1 Durin/C6 Faruzan.
Obviously, she prefers full ATK and ER to buff Varka. But I REALLY LOVE her hammer, it’s so satisfying to use and does so much damage!
So would building crit on her affect Varka’s damage a lot? How much DPS would the team lose if she went ATK%/ATK%/crit? If anyone can test it out, I’d really appreciate it.
Not sure if this is relevant but my Prune is C3 and Varka is C0.
