No deposit in qbo to match a deposit transaction to.

So my client uses shopmonkey and it's connected to qbo. And when it makes a cash deposit of sales it matches with the deposit that is created but now I have one outstanding.

I've traced it's from invoice to ar to undeposited cash to the deposit being created and pulling it from undeposited cash but there's still no deposit to match with. When I go to reconcile obviously it is off by this amount but also I see the deposit in there that is unmarked so it does exist. Any idea what I can do to clear this?

I tried CarMax and ended up back at a dealer

I found the perfect truck I wanted on CarMax but it was in arizona. So I paid $449 to have it shipped to me. It said it would be ready to drive between the 3rd and the 12th. After the 12th came and went after any updates had stopped on the 6th I called and spoke with agents. All they could tell me was it was somewhere. After 5 more days of no car and no one being able to tell me anything I contacted my local dealership. They offered me 4k more for my trade in than CarMax was offering which make the price of their truck equal to the used one I was looking at. So I bought the new truck.

Carmax texted me today to say trucks finally here and I can come see it. I called them and said I was disappointed in the process and wanted a refund for the shipping. To their credit they didn't even argue and refunded it. I wanted to try CarMax but it left me wanting more.

Is this normal for shipping?

There were updates for two days then it stopped and nothing. Originally said coming on the 12th now shows 13th. Any chance it actually shows up tomorrow?

Is CarMax financing much worse than everywhere else?

I have been approved by several banks for a car loan in the 5% range. When I prequalify with CarMax they have me in the 10% range. Is this the real rate they would do or do I need to do a full app to get the real rate? Also what banks do they work with so I can bring my own financing? Thanks.

Here is my spending after 6 months compared to last year. My wife and I have tried to pay off debt and cut back on our spending.

We have done well cutting back on our shopping budget and but since we paid of all debt last year we have had to take out a 40K HELOC to put in a new driveway and fence.

Anyone wanna talk me out of switching to an AI phone answering service?

So recently I reviewed all the calls I have received the last 6 months or so and it seems that out of the hundreds of calls only 10 became paying clients. This is something I noticed last year as well. For whatever reason, people who call my business and setup an appointment through my answering service vs doing it themselves on my website rarely become a client.

Last year I played around with an AI system but ultimately decided against it. Now with this new data I'm back at it. What I like about it is it can answer a lot of questions about my business and the types of clients I work with vs what I have now, hopefully preventing appointments with people I shouldn't be speaking with in the first place. I also like I can put it on my website and people can text it instead of calling and get questions answered.

Only reason I'm not committed is at least on reddit most people hate ai. But the way I see it clients by phone are mostly a bust anyways and any money I save I can put into ads that will drive more people to my site.

But I am willing to hear why this may be a terrible idea.

I'm about to trash this truck because of all the dash rattles.

I can't believe how many rattles I've had in my brand new truck. The minute I found one and fixed it two more popped up. It is driving me insane. I spent the day looking at truck online to trade into even though my truck has 2k miles. I don't know what to do here. For the life of me I can not locate these rattles and I'm going crazy.

I'm out of the office for 2 days and this is what I get.

Office was closed so hope he enjoyed the ride. Granted I've never spoken on the phone with this dude and have only emailed and if he emailed me he would have seen my away message.

Edit: I should also point out that this clients tax return was filed months ago.
