Hi, looking at Real Estate in the area. Why does it seem like Bronte Home prices are less than Burlington despite being located in Oakville ( thought this was supposed to be more desirable)… Can someone explain what’s the catch with Bronte?
I mean this with no offence..just trying to learn about the areas!

Hi considering adding a stone wrapped range to our existing kitchen - we like the look but also are heavy heavy kitchen users think this would easy to clean (have stainless steel right now and love how it’s easy to clean). We are upgrading the kitchen all together and debating different range hoods styles. The countertops will extend to the back splash as well. For those who have added this style range hood - is it easy to clean? What material is on the underside of the range hood surrounding the fan area?

For context: we are looking to grow family in the next couple years. We were discouraged by the buy-and-rebuilds in Oakville. Liking what we are seeing in Shoreacres, elizabeth gardens, pinedale…are any of these more rough than the other ? What are the demographics like? How are the catholic schools? What is driving the price differences in these neighbourhoods?
Hi exploring diff neighborhoods in Oakville - ideally looking to buy in the next year. Looking at Forster Park, Kerr Village and west Oakville. Saw many new builds on old lots that were formally bungalows now very large new homes creating a lot of mix in the neighborhoods. Curious to know are ppl buying the smaller older original homes and living there before tearing down to build the new home or if these old homes are bought & immediately rebuilt.

I’m wondering if that’s a good estimate? It reads cold but Does it feel pretty cold? Also, is it more humid or dry and crisp at these temperatures?
