So this morning I woke up and noticed a piece of my toenail was hanging off. This happens every once in a while, and normally it’s a really small piece—probably no bigger than the tip of a pencil—so I’ll just pull it off and everything is fine.

This time, though, the piece was probably two or three times larger than usual. I peeled it off, but now I’m noticing what feels like a little bit of pressure around the part of my big toenail that I circled. It’s not painful, red, swollen, or really uncomfortable, but if I put pressure on my big toe, I can definitely feel something pressing in that area.

I’ve never had this happen before, so I’m not really sure what it could be. Any idea what might be going on?

I was debating whether to get the Deluxe Edition, but after taxes, it was only about $16 cheaper than the Ultimate Edition lol so I just decided to go all in and get the Ultimate Edition for the extra colors. I’ve got two weeks off starting tomorrow, so I’m about to grind the hell out of this game!

The addition of Green Goblin and Blade makes me think the entire starting roster might be available during the open beta. Nothing has been confirmed yet, but I personally believe there’s a good chance it happens.

We’ll have to wait and see, but if the full roster is included, they’ll probably announce it sometime within the next 72 hours. I’m really hoping that’s the case because I absolutely want to spend the entire weekend playing Deadpool if possible LOL

For everyone planning to play the beta, which character would you dedicate the most time to this weekend if the full starting roster becomes available?

Reposting this because I messed up the date in the title LOL Comic-Con is actually in two weeks, and it’s happening the Thursday right before the beta weekend.

Marvel Tokon being confirmed for San Diego Comic-Con is great news, but honestly, aside from more beta info, I feel like they kind of have to reveal the DLC characters soon. If they don’t, there’s a good chance they get leaked during the beta weekend or shortly after. My guess is they’ll reveal the first round of DLC characters, along with some kind of release window or roadmap for when they’ll be added. I also think most of the announcement will focus on the upcoming beta since Comic-Con is happening right before that weekend. Outside of any behind-the-scenes stuff they talk about, I’m mainly expecting a DLC reveal, a DLC roadmap, and all the important details for the open beta.

They are absolutely going to have to reveal the first round of DLC that Thursday or they will absolutely be leaked that following weekend during and after the open beta lol

Since the beta is happening after San Diego Comic-Con, the only way they could avoid people datamining the game and leaking the DLC would be to announce the first round of DLC at San Diego Comic-Con.

Unless they are just that naive and think people will not datamine the game and leak the DLC, I have a feeling there is a reason why they allowed the open beta to be on PC. They probably already had plans to announce the DLC before the beta begins, so anything found through datamining would not be a major surprise by that point.

But the biggest part of me believes that they are just naive and they think people have some type of integrity LOL which we know won't be the case as soon as people get their hands on it. People will probably also crack the beta just to get one extra week of play time LOL the game comes out 11 days after the beta ends and the only benefit I could see would be the sweaty players trying to get an extra week before CEO which is a week after release

More than likely, the offline mode, or at least one of the offline modes they are referring to, is Training Mode. I genuinely hope that is the case because I honestly do not really care about playing online, considering the game comes out less than two weeks after the beta ends LOL

I am significantly more curious to try out how some of these characters actually play and see what changes they have made. I would be much more interested in sitting in Training Mode for 2 days and testing out as much as I possibly can.

I genuinely hope we get Training Mode during this open beta. It is something that has generally been done in other fighting games, and I am hoping they do the same for Tokon.

I’m interested in grabbing one, but I’m not sure whether or not it works natively on the PlayStation 5. I was watching the video Justin put out about it, and he said something to the effect that it will work on PS5, but it times out every 8 minutes. He also stated that you have to buy a separate attachment called a Halt Booster, I believe, in order to get it to work natively on the PlayStation 5. Would it be better to just get a Brook converter for it, or is there another way to get it working natively on PS5 without having to deal with the 8-minute timeout?

Tomorrow is the big day. We will finally get the last team reveal, which should give us the full starting roster for the game.

Final predictions from everybody! Let’s see what everyone thinks we are getting tomorrow.

My personal prediction is based on the retail leak that happened a few months ago, so I believe the three characters who will finish off Ghost Rider’s team will be Scarlet Witch, Moon Knight, and Blade.

The only other characters I could see ending up on his team would be based on the comic book that was shown off a few weeks ago, which would make the alternate team Moon Knight, Blade, and Clea.

I am so happy with all the changes they have made since the second beta. They all look amazing, and the game has absolutely found the sauce that we all knew was there!
It took them a while to cook, but it is definitely looking promising. I am excited for the information we get next weekend and for the game’s release. After next weekend, we will be in the homestretch!

The Captain America character guide just dropped, and I am a big believer that they are going to start dropping character guides every few days leading up to the next open beta. I am still not sure how many characters will be in the beta, but I can at least expect it to include everyone up through Doom’s team if they decide not to include the full starting roster.

My money is still on the final open beta having the full starting roster. If we get the full starting roster in the beta, then we can probably expect character guides every few days leading up to the open beta. If we do not get the full starting roster and only get each team leading up to Doom’s team, then we can expect to see those character guides first. After the open beta concludes, we will probably get the remaining character guides since the game will be less than two or three weeks away from release.

I think these guides are dropping because they are preparing for an open beta that will likely be scheduled the following week or two after the final team reveal next weekend at Evo in Vegas.
