Healthcare leadership course

Not sure if this query is for this group please direct me elsewhere if better.
I am a consultant and currently in a clinical director role in my trust with despite usual struggles seem to be enjoying it and making some positive impact. If management is something I wish to pursue further would love to hear from others .. where to go next…. ? Would a healthcare MBA be a good option? Or something else? The reason I ask is I can’t seem to get any direction from my trusts education/ leadership team from a mentoring perspective for this purpose.

My first fountain pen

Coming late in life to this fountain pen malarkey however have bit the bullet and went for the Procyon platinum which arrived today, so far so good seems like a great pen. I’m using the cartridge that came with it but I have ordered an ink reservoir but would be really interested in everyone’s ideas about ink/colours not really fixed on certain type ot colour but would be grateful for all your suggestions 🙌

ISA UK

So I have successfully set up the autopilot with my Robinhood UK account and it’s working following grkportfolio now … so my question is can I link it to an ISA account if I open one if those in Robinhood to follow and auto trade autopilot portfolios? Has anyone done this ? Thanks
