Justin Gonzales on his way to AA

Have you guys been following this kid?? He looks like he can absolute mash the baseball. He’s only 19 so still a few years away but imagine his production if he can make it to the MLB and gets to pepper the Monster game after game. Someone just added him in my Ottoneu league and I had no salary space to compete in the bidding. Hopefully that’s not something I regret a few years from now.

Thoughts on Ottoneu H2H SABR Points league?

I am a commissioner of one of these leagues (3 years going) and I personally find it to be my favorite fantasy baseball league. The salary aspect I think adds a level of strategy that other leagues don’t have. Just wonder what other people’s thoughts on the format are?

Prospect Retrospective: Whatever happened to..

Do you guys ever think back to a prospect you thought for sure was going to be a hit and then they just fade away and you forget about them?

I recently had this happen to me about Nick Senzel. He had a hit tool of 70 and was going to play in GABP. It was all right there.. and then it wasn’t.

What other prospects come to mind for you?

I’m thinking about starting a theme on my substack about this very topic, my first article is on Nick Senzel.

Zyhir Hope is a good prospect, but was it enough?

I know a lot of non-dodgers fans are up in arms over the perceived value of the return for Skubal. I get he’s just a rental but he’s a pretty high quality rental, I could have understood the Tigers holding out for De Paula who is considered by many as a better prospect.

For fantasy purposes I would assume this is good for Hope and Ryan.

I wrote a little think piece of substack briefly breaking down the analytics of the dodgers package in return.

Recording set ups?

Physical Education Vacancies

Hello all,

I am looking to transfer schools following this year. I have a bachelors in PE and masters in Health, 5 years experience in the DOE. The current school I work at now is elementary in LEA, but I started my career at a HS in Washington Heights, and I was there for 4 years. I much prefer HS.

I was wondering if anyone on here knows of any vacancies within their school for the PE teacher? I’ve been reaching out to schools via email and Open Market. I have a demo tomorrow that I’m pretty confident in, but I’m open to having other options.

Ideally I’d be looking for a good school that has co-taught physical education classes either in Manhattan or Brooklyn.

Hello, I am a 29 year-old male currently living in Kips Bay, Manhattan, and looking to find a new apartment when my current lease is up at the end of June.

My budget is about $2250/month.

I’m open to meeting new roommates/or a group, ideally in midtown Manhattan or lower, or Brooklyn.

I am a DOE elementary phys ed/health teacher, I enjoy sports (specifically baseball and football), music, and having chill hangouts at home.

PM/DM if you’d be interested in connected via IG and seeing if we could try finding an apartment.

(The searches for single room apartments in my price range don’t look very livable, so that is why I’m looking for find a roommate, or 2, to find a more livable space)
