Im panicking so much

>!F18, bmi 19!<

I have severe constipation, as well as ARFID +. I unfortunately am a normal weight, as I do eat, but panic a lot after. Today I ate a timtam biscuit AND a small protein bar together, and im so scared that my specialists won’t take me seriously as I “can eat” so “must be doing well”. I have been constipated for over two years now and have needed enemas or bowel prep just to poo for two years now, and now have a catheter. Any comfort will be appreciated

Is this coercive control?

I am 18 years old, so legally an adult where I live. My parents and sister have incredibly high monitoring of me. They will open my mail, read all of my text messages, emails and photos, and don’t allow me to have any social media. They also withdrew me from a nursing course (I’m now unemployed and not able to study), and won’t even allow me to see a doctor on my own. They are reducing my dose of antidepressants to get me off of them (I still need them). I was also homeschooled, so have no friends or outside life. My mother is an almond mother, and my sister is on a “wellness journey” (ED and probably glp1 as she has access in her job), and they both monitor my food intake I.e. they will count items in the fridge and cupboards. Everyone in my house is like “you just need a good mindset” “be grateful” “you are doing ✨quite alright ✨”, (not like I’m mentally ill and you refuse to allow me my medication!)

Any equestrians with ehlers danlos syndrome?

(F18, 4”11, 98lb) I have ehlers danlos syndrome (EDS), and I have a problem. When I ride, I tend to tighten my muscles, which leads to me leaning forward and gripping a bit, particularly in canter, and I find that anyone taller than 15hh makes my hips sublux too much. I have been riding for 10 years, and doing physiotherapy since I was a baby. Would love advice from other equestrians with EDS on how to help this.
