Why do I see advertisements for this subreddit?
I see ads/promoted posts all the time advertising this subreddit. Who's paying for that and why? I moderate a few subreddits and the idea of paying to advertise them has not even crossed my mind. Is someone gaining financially from this subreddit's existence?
