Hi there again ...

After exchanging back and forth with the AC customer service I just gave another try to printing with my damned machine.

I started with the benchy that's on the machine, the "native" one we all got with it.

Surprisingly enough it has printed fine, like each time I did a benchy.

I then tried a model that I did in Fusion 360. Printing looked like it initiated but went directly into clogging error 11518 from the very start.

I then again tried with a model I downloaded from Makerworld, that I also put through AC slicer (AnycubicSlicerNext) and uploaded to the machine as gcode. Same as previously, it immediately failed.

I think (or maybe I dreamt it !!) that someone said here that he/she had the very same problem and that only the standard benchy would print.

I'm running with version 1.4.1.0 of AnycubicSlicer at the moment.
And my machine is running on firmware version 2.7.0.9 at the moment.

I just saw on the phone Anycubic app that it mentions a software update, I guess for the machine itself.

Looking for clues from other users before emailing back customer service.

I'd like to model a shape like that, with hexagones on the sides, that seem to cut off the structure. I've tried various options and I don't see how to achieve that.

Looking forward to readling more experimented Fusion users inputs.
