Been using this rig (pedals change often) for the last year, more or less. I rarely have time to play when I get home at the end of the day, so in between classes or at a kava bar or whatever (florida lol), I bust out this lil rig and get an hour or so of practice in (if wherever i am is loud enough for me not to be a disturbance).

Salen Jazz is still far and away the best guitar I’ve ever played, I genuinely can’t believe I own it some days.

Neuraldsp Mayer is my main jam, everyone knows it’s sick.

Who among us has not ended up eating Whataburger alone at 1am, wondering where shit went wrong? Amiright, fellas?

Gerber Strongarm from whenever they were like $60 in like 2018. Cut my double meat Whataburger like a... like a fuckin Whataburger idk man.

i'm a student and/or professor for a couple hours, depending on the room I'm in, which means no gun sometimes. not that i expect or am trained for a knifefight, but i feel naked without something in the appendix position. Plus, I'm grown enough to scare anyone on campus into leaving me alone and a strobe light for anyone else.

i got a couple options, but this is my favorite setup.

I've been primarily using the small board because I play guitar outside the house most often, but I decided to set my big board back up after cannibalizing it for cables and stuff in the Fall.

I still primarily use the small board because it fits in my gig bag, but the idea is that the big board is for actually looping/gigging (solo loop stuff being my most recent gigs), hence tap delays, switchable reverb(s), octaver for basslines and envelope filter for Thundercat impersonations.

Finally broke and bought a SOKN for my birthday. Pretty close to what i'd consider a perfect EDC fixed blade (for me, i think).

Gun: P365 w/ Holosun EPS Carry, True Precision 3.7in barrel, Herrington Arms 2 Port Comp, Streamlight TLR-7sub, Icarus Precision AIR Polymer grip module, Taran Tactical baseplate/+3 extension.

Extra 21 round Sig mag in what started as a Krydex pistol mag pouch, which has now been "beefed up" with strategically places zipties, bungee cord and an off brand Ulticlip. No idea where from.

Knoife: Civivi SOKN, sheath (not pictured) fitted with Ulticlip

Pen: Pilot Explorer Fine Nib, CON-70 converter
