Will Esoteric Ebb run smoothly with GT 730?
My laptop has a Intel UHD 620 which I think is the equivalent to Nvidia GT 730, will Esoteric Ebb runs smoothly? It's minimum spec is GTX 1050.

I love movies like Seven and Memories of Murder, and I want to read stories about a detective in pursuit of a serial killer, can you recommend me some of the best in the genre.
My laptop basically has the equivalent of a gtx 920, and I wanted to know if any of you guys have played Dispatch on lower than the recommended spec (gtx 950). Does it run smoothly and did it ever overheat?
I'm searching for good detective games where the detective is trying to catch a serial killer on the loose, it could either set in the city, or a small town. And to further clarify, I'm not interested in a classic whodunnit where a murder have taken place in an enclosed space (e.g., mansion), and now the detective got to figure out which of these few suspects is the killer.
I'm sure there's a lot of adventure gamers out there have played Still Life and found it amazing. Unfortunately, the game ended on a cliffhanger, and instead of getting a proper conclusion to what could've become a masterpiece detective story, we got a dumpster fire for a sequel. That's because the studio (those sons of *******) changed the writer when developing the sequel.
That's like having Agatha Christie write half of the Orient Express, take the manuscript, and have some random writer figure out the ending.
And so recently, I found out the very same writer (Mathieu Larivière) that wrote the first Still Life was still active in the industry. And the latest game he worked on was just released last year called Hell is Us. (And I would've play the game immediately if my laptop wasn't a potato.)
And so this got me thinking, if Syberia could receive the remake treatment, then why not Still Life? In fact, instead of a straight on remake, this time it should be the full story under Mathieu's supervision. Someone at Microids, get this done!
I have been extremely stressful lately due to work, and when I heard about Esoteric Ebb (a satirical fantasy CRPG), it seems to be the perfect game for me unwind to. I needed something lighthearted and filled with humor as a form of escapism. And I was so looking forward to this year's summer sale, only to be met with disappointment when the price drop still wasn't enough for my budget. Perhaps I was too naive into thinking I could've gotten a bigger discount on a game that was released not too long ago.
Money have been tight lately, and at its current price point, I couldn't justify myself to get it instead of saving up for necessities. I normally wouldn't have made this request, and simply waited a few more months while saving up the funds to get it on the next sale. But I really NEEDED this.
I'm completely burnt out. And spending some time for myself, to play the games I really wanted to play is what I need. (I tried playing some back catalog games, but there is simply no joy in forcing yourself to play games you don't really want to.)
You would basically be funding my therapy session. But I just want you to know, I'm not trying to make sob story. Whether I get to play the game now or in a few months time, I'm sure I'll be alright. I'm just trying to be real and elaborate on my situation, and hopefully reach out to someone. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

For context, with Steam summer sale here, I have a tight budget to get what I want. And to be honest, I decided to get these three games is because I wanted to do research for my writing instead of wanting to play them. I could just have just watched all of them on YouTube, but I wanted to at least play one and experience it how it was meant to be experienced.
So of these three, which should I play:
With Steam summer sale coming, I've been thinking of getting this game. I understand if this game is not as good as DE, but when someone asked in the DE subreddit what they think about this game, a few people made some comment that a lot of the dialogue choices in EE doesn't have any real impact, at least when compared to DE. Is this true?
I've been extremely busy with my life recently, and I haven't had the chance to play RPG for a while now. But with steam summer sale approaching, and I'm in the mood again, I want to cross off some of the great RPGs I've been stalling.
And these are my three choices:
- Fantasia Neo Dimension
- Divinity Original Sin 2
- FFXII
If I will only ever get the opportunity to play one of them, which would you recommend me (I value storyline the most, but I do consider other factors as well)?
I've stopped actively playing adventure game since 2020. I just lost the mood for it, and I haven't been catching up since. I want to rekindle my passion for the genre again, and so I'm asking for some recommendation on the best of the best the genre had to offer since 2020. And please no sequels (e.g. Kathy Rain 2), I'm fine with sequels, but at this moment I'm searching for something new.
Here are some games I consider as top tier in case you needed to know my preference:
Monkey Island
Cat Lady
Grim Fandango
Gabriel Knight
Resonance
Dream Machine
I've just started to use Obsidian recently, and when I was still actively using Notion, whenever I read a book on my phone, I would highlight all of the things that needed to be noted down and share it to my Notion app. Then I would open my laptop and do the editing.
Technically, I can still do that, but just add an extra step, which is to then import the text from Notion to Obsidian. But the API import is kinda buggy, there are just some certain pages Obsidian refuses to import from Notion (I don't know if it's from Obsidian or Notion end), which I found out when importing my Notion workspace into Obsidian.
Knowing that, I don't really want to entirely depend on that method, and if I could share it directly to Obsidian, it would makes the process faster anyway. So what's the best way to do this?
