We are looking for someone to help us automate our testing and deployment cycles, which is a key hire for our growth strategy. The problem is that I am not entirely sure what to ask in an interview to separate the true experts from those who just know how to use the basic tools. I want someone who understands the philosophy of automation, not just someone who can write a script.
I am considering an alternative to hiring a full time person, as some teams already know how to work together. Besides the standard technical certifications and experience with cloud providers, what should we be testing for in the interview to ensure they are a good fit for our culture? What are the pros and cons of using a firm for this role versus bringing someone on staff?
The process feels overwhelming honestly. Even reading Reddit sometimes makes me more anxious because every case is different. Did speaking to a lawyer actually make things clearer for you or just add extra expense?
i was looking to open a binance account but i hardly know if it's safe or not. is it illegal to open an account? if not then can i open it with my NID?
I visited a bathroom store two days ago to upgrade my sink area. I wanted a modern faucet look for my bathroom. I also wanted matching accessories to make it complete. But when I checked I felt confused. Some accessories looked stylish but not useful. Some looked useful but did not match faucet design. Some sellers talk very fast and I could not understand full set. I could not trust them. I could not decide confidently.
Then I visited another shop in the same area. Some workers showed towel holders soap dispensers and mirror sets that match modern faucets. Some said matte black and chrome finishes should match together. Some said good sink area needs matching drain and pop up waste system. I remembered one home where faucet looked modern but other parts looked old and it spoiled the full look. That memory stayed in my mind. Some accessories looked good but quality was not clear. That made me hesitate even more.
To check more variety and options while scrolling many online marketplaces including alibaba I saw many bathroom accessory sets. Some include matching soap pump and towel ring. Some sets focus on modern minimal design. Some offer full bathroom upgrade bundles. This made me excited but also confused again. Now I am thinking should I buy full matching accessory set or choose each item separately for better personal style what would you choose in my place?
Last week my cousin was asking about eco friendly ink options for pad printers because he wanted to reduce chemical smell and waste in his small workshop. He thought all pad printing inks are the same but after checking a few suppliers he noticed big differences in ink types and safety levels. Some inks looked strong but had harsh smell while others were labeled low VOC and more environmentally safe but he was not sure if they print quality would stay same.
Next morning we visited printing equipment shop near market and talked to old worker there. He explained things in simple way and honestly it helped alot. He said yes there are eco friendly ink options for pad printers including water based inks low VOC solvent inks and some UV curable inks depending on material. He also said water based inks are safer but may need special surface treatment while UV inks give strong durability and fast drying with less waste. He warned that ink choice must match material like plastic metal or coated surfaces otherwise print quality will suffer. We also checked Alibaba where small printing shop owners shared real experience about eco friendly inks used in daily pad printing work.
Later that night we was reading more reviews from small manufacturers and printing workshops. Some said eco inks improved working environment while others said cost and compatibility must be checked carefully before switching. It made us realize eco friendly printing is not just about safety but also about balancing quality and material needs. So now my cousin is still comparing ink options carefully before final decision today what matters more to you safer working environment or maximum print durability for pad printing work
I have been cleaning out my personal workspace and accumulated a box of old swollen lithium ion phone batteries, dead graphics cards, and ancient motherboards from various custom PC builds over the years. I know that throwing these into the standard household trash is highly dangerous due to the fire risks associated with damaged batteries.
I am trying to find a secure drop off point and noticed that commercial facilities manage extensive electronics and component disposal. My main issue is that a couple of the older tablets and phones still have my personal accounts linked, but the screens are completely shattered and the batteries are warped so I cannot turn them on to perform a factory reset.
If a device is completely dead and physically distorted, do standard recycling shredders completely obliterate the local memory chips anyway, or should I try to physically drill a hole through the internal motherboard components at home before handing them over to a recycling center?
Last week my cousin started looking for inkjet printer for high volume printing because his small print shop orders were increasing. He got confused very fast because every machine online looked powerful and sellers all claimed fast speed and low cost per page. Some printers looked cheap but reviews said ink runs out fast while others looked expensive but promised stable long term performance. He just wanted something that can handle daily heavy printing without breaking down or wasting ink.
Next morning we visited printing equipment shop near market and talked to old worker there. He explained things in simple way and honestly it helped alot. He said for high volume inkjet printing the most important features are large ink tank system fast print speed and strong duty cycle rating. He also said print head quality matters alot because weak heads clog easily during continuous work. Automatic duplex printing and low ink consumption system also help reduce cost for long term use. He show us one mid range model and explained how maintenance and cleaning cycle affect performance in real daily work. We also checked Alibaba where print shop owners shared real experience about high volume inkjet printers and production usage.
Later that night we was reading more reviews from small business owners and printing workers. Some said high capacity ink tanks helped reduce cost alot while others said maintenance and proper usage matter more than brand name alone. It made us realize best printer is not just about speed but also about stability and running cost for long term work. What matters more to you low ink cost or high printing speed for daily business today
here me out guys. 'growing up i used to LOVE gorur mangsho. whenever mum cooked it or every friday i went out to eat, i would always go for beef. i guess you can say chicken was "icky" to me idk why.
but honest to god, now i firmly acknowledge how wrong i was. chicken just tastes so much better. i realised this 3 years ago. during that time i used to love steak so freakin much. but i didn't mind chicken at that time.
my friend and i went out to eat and he got chicken and i got goru and when i tried his food i was surprised. it was SO SO SO better than the stuff i got. i thought i just didn't like that restaurant's food. but no after that day, every time i compared chicken and beef, i always preferred chicken.
so yeah, i now fully changed my mind. chicken is better than beef.
let me know what yall think about it

My neighbor was hit while walking their dog. They’re in the hospital and the driver's insurance is already asking for a recorded statement. I told them not to say anything until they talk to a lawyer. Does anyone know a good person in the county who handles pedestrian cases?
I thought finding reviews would be the easy part, but nah it turned into a whole mini quest. I started with YouTube, watched a bunch of demos, but half of them felt too polished like they’re hiding the bad parts. Then I jumped onto Reddit and that’s where things got real. People straight up saying yeah this machine works great or nah this thing is a waste of money, no sugarcoating. One guy posted how his engraver suddenly stopped mid project and ruined like ten pieces in a row, that kinda stuck with me. Made me realize reviews aren’t just about specs, it’s about what happens when things go wrong. I also ended up browsing alibaba listings randomly just to compare stuff, and it was interesting seeing some reviews and buyer photos there too. Not super detailed but still gave a rough idea of what people actually received. Now I’m kinda confused where to trust more, Reddit experiences or seller reviews or YouTube demos. If you’ve actually bought one, where did you find the most honest opinions before deciding?
