I liked this doll so much so I bought almost without thinking. She was really gorgeous and I couldn’t wait for her. I ordered on eBay from America to Italy. She arrived few days later than she should so I was already on my vacation (I know, poor taming). They shipped her to my Uncle and he just left her, didn’t touch or do anything. After almost one month I returned from the vacation and the first thing I did was going to my uncle to finally see my lovely doll! And what do I see? Her HEAD is broken. She was really poorly packaged, so it isnt surprising but THE HEAD. It’s totally broken! On many little pieces. What should I do? Can I have my money returned??

I acquired a box of old porcelain dolls and I was wondering if anybody had more info on them or know somebody that might be interested. Almost all have their original box in varying conditions and two have a certificate of authentication from century dolls( the last one and second one i think) . The short blue floral dress, blond hair, has a white tag that says its September birthstone doll. The one with glasses and plaid dress has a green tag is from A bakery collection and so is the brunette with dark blue and florals they have names one was Katherine and Vanessa(i think). The tiny white dress blond one has an even smaller twin tucked in behind her, they also had a green tag but I can't remember what the collection name was but I think they were called Katie. And their is a club card for Vanessa dolls which i think might belong to the curly blonde with the light blue dress and a yellow bow which I believe did not come with it lol.

There was also a baby sitting, with a light blue outfit with a bonnet. I missed getting a picture of this one but its the only one with any kind of marking on the doll itself(that I could find) for century dolls or maybe this was the brand that started with an A.

One of them is covered by my cat! 😆

I have another doll, however she did not come with a stand so I haven’t found a way to place her on my other bedside table. I was told she can sit down but whenever I try she feels stiff and I don’t want to break her.

I also have a windup clown, but the key to make the music box work doesn’t work, not sure how to fix that.

A few months ago my husband bought a porcelain doll for my daughters. Originally she looks like a little German doll with lederhosen and a little German hat and two braided pigtails. My daughters have given her American Girl doll, (the smaller version the Wellie Wishers) clothes and accessories and completely modernized this little doll. Yesterday her little leg broke because she is played with daily and even though my 4-year-old and two-year-old know to be very very gentle, (and honestly surprised that the doll lasted as long as she has) but yesterday her leg broke. I before I glued it back on I added a little note inside the leg. I wish I had more information on this little doll but my girls love her no matter what.

As the title says, i need help identifying this porcelain doll. Its part of a collection i inherited. I believe this doll is from around the 60’s.

Moving to a smaller place and I can’t keep all my girls. Most of them are from childhood, so it hurts extra. I want to sell them or for them to go to collectors who will cherish them. What’s the best way to do this? I’m located in AZ if that helps.

I found these in a storage box with a bunch of my great grandmas old stuff, from what I’ve found, it seems like a souvenir doll from the 40s-50s but I cannot find exact matches nor anything much similar. Please let me know maybe what these are and more specifically the year!

It is from a show called “Ice Capades” that ran from the 40s through the 90s

There's no manufacturing/ brand logo on her that I can find
