I found this doll in the trash and picked it up. She’s so beautiful, I wonder why somebody threw her away.

My family says it’s probably cursed and I should get rid of it lol but I can’t, she’s so pretty, also in perfect condition. Does any of you know something about where she might come from ?

My swing clown dolls

I've found a decent amount of these swing dolls while thrifting. So I wanted to show them off because I really like them. I love all of them but the big ones are my favorite. The orange one has a tag fram a brand named Cathay Collection on him. I think both of them are from that brand but I don't know the when they were made. And I have no information on the smaller dolls unfortunately. The big one are also covered in a really small gold glitter that gets all over your hands when you touch them. Which made setting them up for these pictures really fun. But anyways I hope you guys like these guys as much as I do.

My $1 Goodwill find today. I didn’t even know what they were but for a buck I grabbed them. They just looked interesting. Turns out they are Micale Michael Lee dolls from the 1950’s.

A doll from the flea market for the council's consideration

I for some reason bought her (for one Euro) and wanted to know if she's part of a collection or something because the dress is honestly gorgeous. The tag says "Chili Loving Dolls Creation" and "Euro-Exquisite" on the back.

This is Elizabeth and uh I wonder how old she is really

Long story short she was gifted by someone in my baptism in 2006 but I think she’s way older than me

Beautiful Find

I was in the process of dropping off some things at Savers while I was moving. I *accidentally* found this lady in the porcelain doll section. She reminds me of a Bru Jne repro. Very fun. She is unpacked so I can have something pleasant to admire admist the chaos. Excited to clean her and have her in my collection.

Can anyone ID this doll?

It was being sold in an auction I was following. I think she looks lovely but I couldn't find any info about her online. Any help is appreciated.

How do i pack my dolls

I have four dolls, two that are bigger like in the picture and two that are smaller about half the size. How do i pack them so they 100% do not break. I'm gonna be driving four hours away, not super long but i want to make sure they have no damage. Also will their hair get messed up? If so how do i redo their hair?

Expiration date on doll?

I just thrifted a lovely porcelain doll today, and when I got home, I saw that she has a sticker with some text on the bottom of her stand thingy. According to my friends, who I asked to translate the text, it mentions that she expired in May 2025? Does anyone know what it means by expiring? I'm pretty sure she was made after 1991, but I don't know if that affects anything. (second picture is my friend's translation)

Anyone know anything about this doll?

I found her at my local thrift store. I’ve never bought a porcelain doll before but she reminded me of a seal, my favorite animal. Does anyone know anything about her? All I know is the brand (Show-stoppers) but I can’t find anymore info. Thank you!

when is she from?

found her at the thrift store with a bunch of others, I’m guessing someone’s collection. :) I’m just curious, as she’s in very good condition.

$20 Goodwill find! 1993 Cheri Chagall “Emma” doll.

I just found this huge doll at Goodwill today for literally $20 and I honestly couldn't leave her behind.

Her outfit is crazy detailed, it’s this super pretty floral dress with tons of lace, rosettes, and it even has matching little bloomers underneath.

She's really heavy, and her head, chest, hands, and legs feel like porcelain or some kind of ceramic, but her middle body is stuffed fabric.

The detail on her face is insane, she even has tiny teeth showing!

I have absolutely no idea about doll history, but I pulled back her hair mesh at the back of her neck to see if there were any clues, and it has some names engraved into the mold. It says:

-Cheri Chagall
-Evelyn Loo / THE DIAMOND COLLECTION © 1993
EMMA
-The little black tag on her hair says "Made in Philippines"

I literally just walked through the door with her and haven't had a chance to do any deep digging yet, so I wanted to post her here first!

Does anyone know the history behind this doll? Who is Cheri Chagall? Is she a rare collectible or just a standard 90s decoration?

I'd love to know if she's actually worth anything, or if I just scored a super cool piece of vintage decor for twenty bucks.

Any info you doll experts have would be amazing.

Thanks so much
