All of you, say an underrated issue other than "Wade taking up screen time at the end" in Knuckles

I'm not trying to disagree, I was also annoyed by the fact that Wade was the main focus, sure I did like that he had a bigger role then his usual side role in the movies, but I did feel like he got too much of a big role, tbh.

Now BACK to the discussion. My personal issue with Knuckles was that it lacked seriousness. Like, c'mon dude. At *least* be serious. Why that is my issue is because Knuckles is a serious character. He is the oldest and the most mature out of Team Sonic. And in my opinion, serious and complex characters need to be treated seriously. Their story needs to be feel like their tone. Making it goofy and ridiculous will just make it feel like the character is not the main character. Which is exactly what this show does! It feels like watching a parody instead of an actual spinoff. And even in goofy stuff, there should be some seriousness. In the Sonic movies they had at *least* some seriousness. It's a basic rule for movies unless it's a parody. Knuckles "according to the writers" wasn't supposed to be a parody. But I guess I made my point obvious. I guess my other issue I have with it is that there are very cringe moments in it, like, don't even remind me. But I guess thats basically it I have to yap about.

Which holiday do you think the first trailer for sonic 4 will be closer too?

I’m thinking thanksgiving. Maybe December 9 at the lastest. Open to being wrong of course.

Or would be cool cause December 9, 2021 was the day they released the first Sonic 2 trailer. Which would be cool.

Tom Welling comparing Smallville S6 Ep 5 "Reunion" to Paramount's Sonic The Hedgehog 3 was unexpected. But hey, I'm glad it somehow managed to happen.

Imagine if Jeff Fowler looks at this and decides to cast Tom as the voice of either Silver The Hedgehog or Big The Cat for the later on installments of the Sonic trilogy...

i know even if the writers of the knuckles show had consider this idea sega most likely wouldn't have allowed it, but i think it was a miss opportunity to not have the buyer be snivley

Sonic 4 movie time-travel theory

We all know that leak about Amy Rose and Metal Sonic being from a dystopian future in the upcoming Sonic the Hedgehog 4 movie, saying that they travelled back in time to either recruit or destroy Sonic.

However, what if Sonic time travelled instead of Amy & Metal?

In the post-credit scene of the Sonic the Hedgehog 3 film, Sonic was racing against Tails and Knuckles until he ran into New York State Park. Claiming that he "overshot the finish line" and so he encounters Metal Sonic, the Metal Sonic Troopers and Amy Rose.

Since the movie has some time travel elements in it, Sonic could have been the one who time travelled into that dystopian future through his speed (like how Game Sonic did in *Sonic CD* via the Time Posts) and since Sonic has read The Flash comics, who's to say that he's read the Flashpoint comic?

Combine that with his own Chaos Energy output that can blackout a decent size of the US, and being in a Super Form at least 3 times at that point, who's to say that Sonic's speed and Chaos Energy unintentionally allowed him to time travel?

Or maybe I'm crazy, I don't know!

sonic movie theory

so you know how green hill in the sonic movies is a town right? so what does that make the name of the place sonic used to live in before he was sent to earth? that would mean that splash hill from sonic 4 episode 1 is in the sonic movies.

It used to be a popular take that the Sonic movies should eventually "soft reboot" into animated films with no humans. Has that changed?

Hoping we get a cameo scene from these guys in Sonic 4 as failed creations to go up against Sonic like how there was the Classic Eggman outfit in Sonic 2.

Will the Time Stones have a big role in Sonic 4?

Since the movie will adapt Sonic CD (and maybe Heroes), they should bring in the Time Stones, UNLESS the chaos emeralds serve as their equivalent in the movie continuity.

Sonic Movie 4 storyline plot 99% accurate?

Storyline predictions of what would realistically happen in Sonic Movie 4 I’ve found it difficult to predict Shadow’s role in the movie later in the movie and chaos emeralds being in the story. The credits song is hard to predict but the credits will be back to classic sonic style since Sonic CD is a classic sonic game.

Could anything from future movies beat the Live and Learn scene from Sonic 3?

I mean, this is literally the most iconic scene of the franchise, could anything really beat this? Only scene I could really think of having potential to beat this would be a Super Sonic, Super Shadow, and Super Silver team up with His World

How do you think they'll stylize the credits sequence for 4?

In my opinion, I think they'll replicate that 2D animation style that debuted in Sonic CD and was reused in Mania, Origins and Superstars.
