Getting slowdown on secret agent clank

I'm trying to find any thread or video that explains how to fix it. I only found this video and even following the settings under the description. I still have slowdown, and a bit of input lag. As for my specs, I have an AMD Radeon 6750 and a Ryzen 5 5600.

[TOMT] old 2000s young kids show episode, where they go in to look for a characters glasses

So one of my earliest memories was of an old baby show circa 2002-2008. It had this yellow dinosaur character that went into the dreams of another character to look for his glasses. One of the dream scenes was them on a strawberry ice cream cone that said character was licking. And the episode ended with the glasses being on the other characters head the whole time.

For the sake of discussion, if illuminations made more Nintendo movies. What would their opening logo animation be for each individual film?

Like the only idea I currently have is having a Zelda movie. Where the intro is the minions trying to take out the master sword like excalibar. Then when one of them pulls it out, a minionised rendition of the item theme.
