Superman And Lois : Everything Snyder Wanted To Be But With Actual Talent Behind It #1
Steel, a hero out to kill Superman out because of his traumatic experiences during a Kryptonian attack
Isn't killing people, just focused on taking out Superman and not for some hypothetic, because of something he has actually seen happen.
Actually fights in the most believable way for someone like Batman has a chance of beating Superman. Fighting smarter not harder.
and not resolved because their moms have the same name
What If Dalek Had Been The Final Appearance Of The Dalek Until The 50th Anniversary? What Would Take Their Place As Doctor Who's Main Threat?
Always great to see the Daleks, but really thinking about it, has an army of daleks ever lived up to what a single Dalek was capable of?
Hell if they hadnt managed to work out a deal with the Nation estate, we wouldn't have modern daleks at all, with the time war being fought by a race that wiped out the daleks.
If They Rebooted, How Could You See The Current Continuity Wrapping Up?
Personally could see it being something like a resurgence of the Thal/Dalek war
and maybe The Doctor actually manages to negotiate peace.
If The Classic Series Had Gotten A Planned End Point, How Would You Imagine It Playing Out?
Could see them bringing a full Dalek force to Galifrey, with the Master working with them in an attempt to take over and then double cross. Maybe The Master dies while working with the doctor after the Daleks double cross him.
Could maybe end it similar to Dalek Invasion Of Earth, with 7 leaving Ace on Galifrey (Which some version of which had been planned for 7's final season)
Then the modern series could retcon it into being the first official battle of the time war.
Wonder What Alex, Lily and Mitchell Pitched
Someone had to pitch "Got Closet?" or "Where's The Closet"
Do You Think Either Would Have Worked As The Doctor To End The Time War?
Originally they wanted Eccleston and they did briefly consider McGann before BBC shut that down, wanting a bigger name.
Would have been great Eccleston, Tennant and Smith share the screen, being really the only time they manage to at least get all The Doctors of an era together (Closest being Hartnell's pre recorded footage in Three Doctors)
Although he very much is the Veteran Doctor, heavily defined by the trauma of what he did. Might need to do re-evaluate how he is portrayed before that event.
McGann's time in the role is so limited (With most of his screen time dealing with the post regeneration craziness) so unless they take Big Finish as canon, they pretty much have a nearly blank slate to work with.
Some say they needed a new Doctor to fill that role since existing options are solidified in people's mind as deserving of the name, The Doctor.
What Kind Of Cameo Would You Want To See Them Get In The New Show?
They are weirdly doing a multiverse story, so id say have some fun with that.
Maybe a version of Penny that is an Oscar winning actress with the highest grossing movie of all time (Serial Ape-ist)
Maybe Sheldon is an underling of Kripke, maybe Starscream type.
Maybe Howard is a Doctor (Finally) with little else being different.
Maybe Raj is rich and has a family (and is still miserable)
not sure about Leonard.
What If Tom Baker Had Played The War Doctor
Baker and Hurt are around the same age and would have been cool to have a classic with a more prominent role.
Some say Genesis Of The Daleks was the first shot of the Time War. Where the 4th hesitated, sparing the Daleks. What if that same face was the one to end it. (In a way making up for that mistake in his eyes)
The most iconic face of the Doctor now being the face of the one they see as not deserving the name.
How Does This Work If The 11th Was On His Final Regeneration?
Could buy the series 6 "death" regeneration energy as just being an illusion created by the robot Doctor suit.
Wonder considering they where hyping up Trenzalore since before they knew Eccleston wasn't coming back and BBC wasn't going to go for McGann, would they have written this off as using up another regeneration like the Metacrisis Doctor using up one.
What Was The Most Pointless Plotline In The Series?
Seriously, this amounted to nothing, like they just needed something for Ed to do
Might as well have kept Jay in closets
What Do You Think Is The Best Modern Regeneration Story?
Personally have to go with Time Of The Doctor. Ties together so many plot threads from his era. Tells it's story well with it's run time.
Personally worst is probably, The End Of Time. Way too much filler, should have maybe just been an hour and a half special.
What Random Talent Do You Wish They Had Done More With?
Maurice LaMarche Rocks!
Like less than 3 hours ago I met him at my job
I got him his things
Recognized the name but throught i may have been reading it wrong
Before he left, i finally got the nerve to ask
A very nice guy
Did The Brain voice when i mentioned i loved animaniacs.
Said I would be spared when he took over the world
And fair to say i was grinning like an idiot for a while after he left
Fact is people don't carry cassette player anymore
they don't even carry CD players anymore (Which from what ive heard that guy in the first movie was originally going to be soundwave)
Turning him into something like an IPhone probably wouldn't work
Transformers Animated and Dark Of The Moon made him a car, ehh not a fan.
Him being a satellite like he was in one scene of Revenge Of The Fallen works pretty good
DC and Marvel are back to doing crossovers (Who ever expected that to happen after Disney bought Marvel?)
The World's Finest already got their crossover two shots.
Now need to complete the trinity.
Wonder Woman already crossed over with Captain America in one of the back up stories so doubt that will happen.
Could do something you would expect like Superman/Superman
Wonder Woman/Thor
Wonder Woman/Captain Marvel
Wonder Woman/Scarlett Witch
Could do something you wouldnt expect like Batman/Deadpool
Wonder Woman/Spider-Gwen
Wonder Woman/Squirrel Girl
Wonder Woman/Power Pack
Feels like things line up in that direction really well, plus Void Rivals is kind of the place where a majority of the movie era characters go.
But it lines up so well, that it would be so obvious that why give him a different name and maybe they just want us to think its Unicron.
Maybe America would be a heavily industrialized police state, the Joes being their enforcers.
Cobra would be a rebel ground, maybe Cobra Commander is seeking balance between mechanical and organic life.
MASK would probably be built off of that
Maybe the unity would have happened for the Void Rivals part of the universe
Shockwave is still allowed to be a laser gun, so clearly just being a gun isnt an issue
