The dog was wearing a red handkerchief on it's neck and the mc called him "Lucky" because that's the name of their dog. They tell the dog they look exactly like Lucky and it just accepts it. The dog tells the kid that they need to bring color back to the island and the gameplay is as you expect, fill the squares with the correct color and see the image you colored in at the end.

The island has a face and it blinks from time to time. The island has several levels starting from the shore until you reach the peak. I never got very far. They also made a sequel but I can't find these games anymore.

The dog is a fluffy blonde medium sized dog with medium ears and a straight tail.

You find her with dirt so you give her a bath and all that. Later, you can choose if you want to keep her fluffy or make her fur short. One of the tools is a barber razor. Then you can color it by spraying individual parts of the dog (head, chest, rest of the body, tail). You could then dress it up, one of the things you can put on it is a bandana.

The dog was very close to the camera the whole time

The main thing I remember about the game is that the theme song from the cartoon "Puppy in my pocket" played on repeat during the game.

Other than that, the dog wasn't the one Dora has in the show. I don't remember what you did for it, but I remember that the cat needed to be given a ball of yarn, and she would then get on her back and throw the ball of yarn up and down. She also wore socks I'm pretty sure.

The hamster had to be fed and hydrated.

The game was very short.
