Hi I’m a bisexual trans man questioning my sexually after transitioning!

Hi I am a bisexual trans man 20 years old I’ve been on testosterone for almost 2 years now, I am married and she been helping me a lot with the transition, but this part is something new she can’t exactly help with, and she has pushed me to seek advice in others that would be able to help me more. but before I transitioned I dated men and women and I still find both attractive but after transitioning my sexual preference have changed a bit but I don’t know how to navigate that because as a newly trans man and being married to a woman I was wondering if someone had been through a similar experience with this and how was it, I was just looking for some advice, I don’t have anyone in my personal life to help navigate this new part of my transition, so any advice is greatly appreciated.

passing as a fat guy?

(first photo from last july, second from today)

for the past year or so, i’ve been consistently passing. but recently i’ve been getting misgendered more and more often, and i’m not sure what changed.

any and all tips are welcome other than “remove the piercings.” they’re some of the only things that i like about my appearance at this point.

(planning on going back on T next week, stopped due to frankly being exhausted by doing gel)

Passing tips?

I'm likely to confuse people not in a way they may assume i'm a woman or man, but they don't understand at all how to refer to me. I use makeup since I developed trichotillomania and maybe having pseudo eyelashes/eyebrows help to not see myself as an awful being

My voice is quite androgynous and people just don't know what I am. I think it is funny, but if you were to see me would you assume I'm a female?

Passing tips??

I normally pass rly well in my city (probably because there’s more alternative/queer looking guys there??) but i’ve been living away for work and suddenly getting misgendered 40% of the time and i cannot work out why😭 it happens even after hearing me speak i’m so confused, so any advice on things i can fix/change would be appreciated

Needing fitness and weight loss advice

I’m 30 and living in the UK. When I first started my transition I didn’t like how my body looked in terms of weight but I was going to the gym and did a lot of cardio. A few years have passed and my weight has increased but due to moving I did also stop the gym.

I am looking at going back but my body shape feels really off. I wanna get the point where my stomach is flat so that I feel more comfortable with having my shirt off. Just wondering if anyone can recommend any activities or workouts that I could do to look at reducing the weight around the lower part of my stomach so that I can get rid of overhang. I also need to sort my weight out due to wanting to be referred for phallo.

I’m very lucky in a sense that I pass really well with people being very shocked if I do tell them I am trans but I’m constantly comparing myself to Cis-guys. I just want to improve my life and be healthier as I think that will help a lot with my confidence too.

Am I cooked/clockable because of my body shape?

I've been dealing with a lot of dysphoria brainworms lately so maybe it's that, but I despise the way my lower torso looks and I don't know if I can ever fix it. The fact that almost all of the fat in my body goes to my hips and thighs makes me feel like shit about myself and keeps me wearing swim shirts every time I go to the beach so people can't see my hips. On my day to day I feel better about it by wearing clothes that just squash them and give my torso a more boxy shape, but they're still there and I can barely look at myself in the mirror.

Before the obvious comments, yes, I'm already working on losing weight and starting a calorie deficit soon; I don't work out, I'm trying to do more exercise by doing things that I enjoy like swimming and walking, but every time I've tried to go to the gym I've struggled with being consistent and quit after a couple of weeks. I don't mind being fat, I don't mind not having a six pack or looking like a bodybuilder, I'd be really happy with my current body if I only didn't have these stupid hips. I've been 5 years on T and it feels like somehow my fat hasn't redistributed at all despite having lost and then gained weight around the 3.5 year mark.

I pass and am stealth in my day to day life, and people only know I'm trans if I disclose it myself.

Is my chest flat enough. I dont have a proper binder or tape.

It is still about an inch coming out from my ribcage when i bind. I use folded sports chest compression and a thick undershirt i dont know how well it works.

It would look fine if you couldnt see that i was having bad posture, it looks like a male chest with good posture from the front.

Trans man beard fail

Gave it a crack, I'll try again in a years time I reckon.

36 years old. 3 years on T. 1 year on oral minox. Might be useful for some to see what this awkward in-between stage looks like.

take my hand. do not skip leg day.

When I was pre-t, puberty hit me with the hammer of what I called a "low center of gravity." Ultimately, I carried more of my weight in my hips/thighs and not as much in my belly or upper body. I worked out a lot to try and increase my upper body mass (unsuccessfully, due to not eating enough) but even after I got my shoulders to broaden a bit, it felt like my legs and thighs were still too feminine.

And then I started going on long fucking walks and my calves got MEATY.

That was what started to make me feel like my lower body wasn't this inherently feminine/clockable trait. Having muscular calves balanced out my thicker thighs and even though I was still curvier than I'd like, it made my overall frame look stockier/more square.

A lot of guys pre-t with the sitch of "more hip than I'd like" tend to focus on upper body workouts and neglect lower body, because of this idea that if you do, you'll get more accentuated curves. The thing is, you'll get those curves if you train for those curves. If you start going hiking on the reg and get crazy calves, your legs will have less taper towards your feet and if you have that pear/hourglass figure going on like i did, it can offset that. Not every lower body workout is geared towards getting a nice ass and curvy thighs.

Yaddah yaddah nuance, individual experience, and ymmv. But i see way too many guys doing what i did pre-t, and neglecting the entire lower half of their body because they think it'll enhance their curves, when lower body workouts can help offset them. It depends on what you're doing.
