Help: Alipay identity authentication

I want to use Alipay to buy stuff from china. I've set up my account but my international passport that I uploaded was not authenticated for some reason. My verification status says "ID Validated- Not Authenticated". When I try to recharge balance on Alipay it asks me to enter Chinese bank details which I don't have.

My account also has a restriction on and I don't understand what I did wrong. It says account functions partially restricted so I appealed the restriction and uploaded documents again and its waiting for review.

Can someone help, I don't really know what I've done wrong here.

HELP: Made a booking with super.com but the hotel can’t locate in there system.

Just like the title says, made a booking then checked with the hotel to confirm whether it was in their reservation system and was told they couldn’t locate the booking. The hotel also informed me that the booking should appear immediately in their system.

I’ve left a comment under the mega thread and sent a mod mail yesterday and no one has got back to me. Please if anyone is able to help me with this as I’m concerned about the comments saying when they arrived at the hotel they didn’t have there reservation.

Edit: Mod has just got back to me via mod mail and escalated to their supervisor. Hope to hear again from them soon.

Edit 2: hotel has just confirmed they’ve received my reservation.

Can I get a full refund on a partially used ticket.

Hey guys, just as the title says, can i get a full refund on the return leg of a ticket? One way flights are just abnormally more expensive during the time I plan to travel.

Review: 1st Haul from Sugargoo

Just got my haul from sugargoo and this is what I think...

My Haul: T-shirts, Shoes, Wallets, sweatpants. All together 8 items which costed around 550 CAD excluding shipping.

Exchange rate and Shipping rate: I use jadeship to compare rates between all other agents and Sugargoo is continuously in the top 3. I did a comparison while buying the items too and the exchange rate was always the best if not 2nd.

There was only one other agent that had better shipping for all different sizes and weights of hauls I experimented with and actual shipping came to be exactly what the estimation tool showed.

Score:5/5

Site browsing: When buying items and putting the link into sugargoo, many items couldn't be fetched or I had to retry a couple times before it finally popped up. Browsing actual stores on sugargoo is even worse because while browsing whenever I clicked to go to the next page it would crash.

After many frustrating attempts though it would end up working.

Score: 3/5

QC pictures: The QC pictures were all terrible except for just 1 item!! Bad lighting, blurry images, repeated angle shots. Very disappointing QC photos, and this component is very important as it helps the customer see any flaws before shipment. I intentionally didn't contact customer service regarding this because I intended to write an unbiased review.

I ended up getting a bad pair of shoes and pants because of the bad photos. The suede is supposed to be lighter and because of the lighting, it was hard to tell.

Score: 1/5

Customer Service: For items which were paid for but were out of stock from the seller or items which I wasn't satisfied with, I contacted support and everything was resolved in a few days.

Score: 4/5

Overall: I'd give sugargoo a 3.2/5. This score can easily be higher as QC pictures are really not difficult to take. If you are going to offer free QC photos, might as well do it right.

Would I use them again: Yes but if the QC photo problem persists, I would be forced to move agents as buying for slightly a higher price is acceptable so long as I don't receive bad items due to terrible QC pictures.

I noticed the stone island logo isn't aligned with the lining running down the pants. Is that normal? Also these pants feel very thin. Ive never bought SI stuff before so im not too sure.

Item in QC for 3 days!!

One of my orders has been in QC for 3 days now. The seller sent the wrong size but I have informed Sugargoo support 3 times that its okay and to continue with QC pictures but every time someone tells me the same thing that seller sent wrong size and nothing ends up happening.

Is there no communication between support representatives??

Even if the size is wrong, surely it's better to continue with QC and inform the customer about it, rather than just letting the item sit. If its not good, it can just be sent back to the seller easily.
