Setting a first goal on how much to gain? How much to begin with?

Setting a first goal on how much to gain? How much to begin with?

30F, 5ft7, 108lbs.

I’m underweight but I don’t feel like I look as underweight as I am? Obviously I am slim but I was at the drs recently and the nurse who did my blood pressure and bmi said I should put on 20lbs- I don’t think I’ve ever weighed more than 112lbs in my life so I feel a bit worried about it

20lbs feels like a lot to tackle all at once- like last night I had a bowl of cheesy spaghetti, a bowl of lasagne, duck bao buns and spring rolls, weetabix and birthday cake. Like I EAT. There’s nothing wrong with my bloods either.

I’d love to gain a booty, I’ve always felt insecure about how flat I am from the behind but I feel overwhelmed 😔

Is it me or does everything seem to be proportioned to be larger/oversized at the moment as well as running large in general??

I’m not someone you’d class as petite- I’m 5ft7, slim build so pretty average

I did a shopping trip this morning and am really struggling to find clothes.

I tried Primark for cheap basics which tbf is notoriously bad for sizing but their XS jumpers and jackets were fitting like men’s styles - not just big in width but in length and shoulder proportions too

I tried the brands that get a bad rep for running small- zara, bershka, pull&bear. Still an XS isn’t fitting like XS.

It’s driving me nuts. I’m not even a small woman, where are y’all buying clothes?!!

Y’all I think I’ve cracked my style! 🌱🔥🪨 in the ‘90s understated earthy romantic’ way

I was hesitant on at first 🌱🔥🪨 because I felt like what I was seeing on moodboards was a little more boho vibes or cottagecore vibes, neither of which really align with me (I like both but kinda feel like I’m wearing someone else’s clothes if I dress in that style)

I felt like I’d gotten 80% of the way there a while ago but a friend suggested to me adding prints and things that felt slightly utilitarian to balance my lace and satin and after experimenting for a few weeks I’m shocked at how much I love adding a few prints and slightly more relaxed pieces into my wardrobe (I love my lace and dating but was forever complaining that ‘something felt missing’ but ‘I hate blazers’ 😂).

I’ll try and remember to take some pictures in the next few weeks to show them in action!

[routine help] my skin is going haywire!

My skin has gone rogue over the last few months and I don’t know what to do to help it or why it might be doing it

I think it’s possibly dehydrated but I really struggle to lock in moisture. I’m 28 F and my skin is very redness prone ( I do have mild rosacea) and I struggled with bad cystic acne until I was 22 when accutane helped me out.

Over the last few years my skin has been what I’d call ‘normal’ (not dry, no super oily, the occasional spot when I’m due on my period) but just recently I’ve noticed sudden tightness and fine lines, redness and that too tight, too smooth shine directly after washing, then it goes super matte dull and a lil flaky then a couple of hour after it’s oil production has gone into overdrive!

I use the same products I’ve used for the last few years but they seem to have stopped working for me

My routine is:

Morning: Simple Hydrating Gel Cleanser, Simple Light Moisturiser, Eucerin spf 50 facial suncream

Night: Simple Micellar Water, Simple Hydrating Gel Cleanser, Simple Rich Moisturiser

Weekly: a hydrating sheet mask

I keep the whole routine simple (no pun intended) because I’ve had reactions in the past and will still breakout if I use too many products

My go-to used to be cica plast to lock in that moisture but I became allergic to it 😔

Possibly related but I’ve noticed a change in my hair a nails too- my hair is both drier and oilier and my nails have gone drier too (maybe tmi but my toenails especially have started thickening and becoming brittle)

Do any of these styles suit me? Looking to experiment with non-super fitted clothes

Do any of these flatter me? Experimenting with non fitted clothes

I wear a lot of very fitted outfits and want to branch out a bit,
