90-119 5* full melt with a 29 day cold cure.

I had 14g in a 1oz uline jar, vac sealed in a cool dark place (inside a little box as well)
I have a 28g jar curing up top that I’m going to try some experiments with. I’m going to do the same thing, but in a completely different way on the next wash. I’ll post it up here when it’s ready.

I was cleaning some glass, and I noticed when I got some 99% iso in the sink, it started dancing around. Do you guys know what is happening here?

So… I decided to give another location a chance. I asked them to please make a smash burger since the other location gave me regular patties….(discussion)

They decided I needed a crush burger lol. That’s NOT a smash burger patty. It’s like they did a 3-5 second crush to the patty and said “job well done” and patted themselves on the back. I wished they had some better training, it’s not all their fault. A&W really screwed this promo up badly!

It didn’t taste bad or anything, but it was not a smash burger by any means!!!

Has anyone had a lady come to their door asking about locating some ear buds?

She was saying that they were pinging at our address. She was at the door for 10 minutes and then came back again after an hour. I answered the door downstairs, but she went upstairs and waited at that door for 10 minutes. I was worried she was either scoping the place out or maybe trying to get a read on the car key remote. I had a very rare car sitting out in the driveway and I had such bad vibes from her. I could barely understand her accent. I hope it’s nothing.

After this is 75% done being made, she asks me what sauce I’d like on my poutine… I said “excuse me?” Then she proceeds to sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on it!
