This is my first “nice” bag! I’ve always just bought random cheap bags and then gotten frustrated when they fell apart after a few months. I’m absolutely in love with this bag.
The crossbody strap was way too long so I used a leather hole puncher to add a bunch of holes and now it’s perfect!!

This middle-aged woman came up to me in public and said “you look like Taylor Swift!” (I don’t). I just politely said “thank you” and tried to keep moving.
She clarified that I don’t actually look like Taylor, I just reminded her of her because I was wearing eyeliner. Apparently that’s Taylor’s thing (lady, IDGAF, I’ve been wearing eyeliner for 15 years).
I didn’t even respond. She started talking about Taylor’s wedding and how it’s going to be the most amazing thing ever and how much Taylor’s fiancé loves her 🤮
I said something like, “oh that’s nice, I don’t know anything about her”. (I was trying to politely say that I don’t care)
She kept going on and on until I eventually said “well, have a great day” and walked away lol
It was just so weird that I kept thinking about it ever since.
It was citric acid btw lol
My husband keeps making fun of me for wearing a shoulder bag every time I leave the house, like when we walk our dog for example.
Maybe it’s more “normal” to wear something like a cross-body bag for that, but I’d rather just leave everything in the bag I’m already carrying instead of switching things over to a specific one.
I also have health issues so I like having my medications and water with me all the time.
Idk, is that weird? He said it’s only “normal” to carry a purse when running errands, going to the grocery store, etc. Obviously I don’t really care what’s normal and I’m just gonna do what I want to do, but wanted to know - am I weird? Or is he weird?
