This is my room dimension: 13ft x 12.5ft. It's almost a square. I have no windows and lights will be on all the times besides when i'm sleeping. So, I want to find the optimal way light my room.

I can think of 3 ways to place lights around the room.(All the lights will be ceiling mounted not on the wall)

Option 1

Option 2

Option 3 (This Option has a single brighter light in the middle instead of two)

These three options are the only way I can think of right now. Which one would be the best? If you think of better placements, please mention them. Also what wattage of light should I use?

Financial situation: I inherited a flat from my mother. So i don't need to rent. I don't have any expensive hobbies or any exorbitant expenses. I could probably live on 15K monthly.

What I want from My Career: I am a lazy person. So I want two things -

  1. I want a simple and boring job that gives me little pressure.
  2. I don't want to bring any work home. By this I mean, when I clock out from my office, I don't want any contact or assignments from them. Some of my friends work private jobs. While hanging out with them, I've seen them receive calls from their boss and clients. I've even seen them do office work during weekends.

I absolutely despise the idea of working during weekends or dealing with clients when I'm off-duty.

Now, my question is, do government jobs also have this problem? Can a government job fullfill my two requirements?

My dad used to take a hand full of dried chickpeas(with skin) and soak them in water. He used to eat a hand full of these everyday. When asked, he told me that it was good for gut health.

Is it true? Or is it just an old myth?
