Are authority signals the real AEO workflow?

The more I look at AI answers, the more it feels like the answer engines trust what the web says around a brand. Reviews, listicles, backlinks, Reddit threads, comparison pages, docs, partner pages, mentions. Maybe the workflow is not just "optimize pages for AI." IMO, it's Find who AI trusts, Find why they trust them, Build the missing proof around your brand What authority signals are people seeing matter most?

Specs vs durability — what actually matters more?

When you’re buying a treadmill, specs get all the attention. But I’m starting to think durability is what really decides whether it gets used long term.

What surprised you after using a treadmill daily?

Buying one is one thing.

But actually using it every day feels different than what reviews make it seem like.

What surprised you most after real use?

Business majors, what classes were actually useful after graduation?

I’m a business major with about 2 years left, and I’m starting to question which classes are actually useful. I’ve taken accounting, marketing, stats, business law, econ, and a few management classes. My grades are fine, but sometimes it feels like I’m just learning enough to pass exams and then forgetting most of it. For people who already graduated or started working, what class ended up helping you the most in real life?

Are modern products becoming too optimized and losing personality?

Everything today feels heavily optimized branding, messaging, even how companies communicate online. It’s efficient and consistent, but I sometimes feel like personality gets filtered out in the process. After a while, a lot of brands start to feel interchangeable because everything is designed around the same optimization principles. I wonder if this is just the natural direction of modern marketing or if people are starting to push back against it.

Saw weirdest kinda shii in a gaming cafe in Delhi< few days back..

Me , and my friends went to a really small gaming cafe in like , a very cozy street .. We went there coz those cafes are more cheaper and better to use .. Like the cafe was really small and aesthetic kind of ... We were playing tekken , suddenly an approx 35 yo man and a minor ( im mostly sure that she was 15-16 ) entered and sat on couch behind me .. weirdest thing is both were smoking , and i personally hate the smoke in small places... I was already weirded out , then comes the worst part.. they started making out aggressively and the guy was constantly saying , last time ki trh nhi krna ... i dont know what he meant but they were like making out and that guy literally put his hand in her shorts.. I was so weirded out , after that , the girl started playing valo , and started shouting and abusing in game... Me and my friends just left the cafe after that ,but that was really an weird experience.....

tldr - a minor and a 35yo uncle were making out in a small gaming cafe on a couch ...
