I (32F) keep unintentionally upsetting my wife (27F) and I feel we're at our breaking point

Tldr I feel like a failure of a husband

I have trouble reading social cues and sensing others' needs. I struggle to connect emotionally with people. Every now and them she gets upset about something I did without realising it. Mind you I don't go out of my way to make her miserable in any way. I'm not abusive. I genuinely want to see her happy. But I'm feeling immense guilt for being an absolute failure. I'm at my wit's end. Perhaps it's true that nobody loves me as my bullies said. Perhaps she's just tolerating me. Excuse my incoherence as I've had many glasses of wine.

Choucroute garnie (braised sauerkraut and smallgoods)

For 4 servings, I used:

4 sausages - knackwurst and/or frankfurter

1 smoked hock

You can also add smoked bacon, speck and/or ham

Sauerkraut - 1 jar Deli Organics, rinsed and squeezed

1 cup white wine - ideally Riesling

2 tbsp butter

1 brown onion - chopped

2 cloves garlic - sliced

1 tsp black peppercorns

1 - 2 bay leaves

Dijon mustard

Boiled potatoes

Quarter sausages and separate the hock meat from the bone.

Sauté onion, garlic, peppercorns and bay leaves in butter until onions are translucent. Place the bone in the middle of the pot and spread sauerkraut evenly around it. Pour in the wine and bring to a boil. Add the meats and sausages and simmer on low heat for 30 - 45 minutes, checking occasionally the bottom doesn't burn. Serve with Dijon mustard and boiled potatoes.

Not everyone can hear you just because you can hear yourself

Seriously, speak louder. I don't have a hearing impairment, I just cannot hear you because your voice is too damn soft.

Not everyone can lip-read either.

It's frustrating to keep asking someone "Pardon?" to repeat themselves. SPEAK UP!!!!!!!!

TAFE: When can I expect my Cert II in Electrotechnology?

I finished my last unit in early May at the Bundoora campus. What's the process going forward: When can I realistically expect to get my certificate?

Do they email it or post to your address?
