My time has come

Can't remember the last time I've used a can opener on a multi tool

Rebar vs supertool 300

So after having issues with my gerber snap on smt97r mp600 I'm gonna retire it. I have a rebar and st300 for home and camping use and they've been great. But I now need a good tool for work in a diesel truck shop. How hard of use can the rebar actually handle? Or do I bump up to the st300? Im on a creeper a lot so a thinner tool would be more ideal. I have a curl but want to keep that as my edc. My surge is a possibility also but is thick like the st300. Please help.

Pliers

Just curious about the swiss tool vs spirit pliers as far as which one opens the widest? I already have a spirit x and kicking around the idea of getting a swisstool.

Blade steels

With buck and the bos heat treating, is there a massive jump between their 420hc vs s35vn vs magnacut? I have their 420hc in a 112 slim and 110 slim and want something nicer. The drop point 112 in nickel and s35vn caught my eye along with the classic brass in 420hc drop point. Any input would be very appreciated. Thanks

Does anyone know what the ip rating is for this speaker if there is even one? Thinking about using it on my boat that never came with a radio at all.

Tenacious

Looking at getting my toes wet in spyderco with the tenacious. Currently have a Buck 112 and 110 slim select models and the handle flex is annoying but other than that they do everything i need. I see there are frn and g10 versions available for the tenacious. Which is going to be stronger/more comfortable? Thanks

Curl

I know this may not be as cool to most in the sea of arcs, crunches, alphas etc. But wow the curl is awesome for edc. Everything is butter smooth. No sticky pliers. Very happy over here. Carry on.

Warranty

What's the warranty and customer service like with this brand? I'm used to leatherman, buck, victorinox, gerber, snap on, dewalt. Never dealt with GSM with my sog stuff.

Recommendations

So i have a buck 112 and 110 slim select knives and while they've both done everything I've needed i hate the handle flex I'm getting using them. Looking for a stronger folder that's in the 3 to 3.5 inch category that has very little to no handle flex. Thanks

Folding knife

Other than the traditional 112 110, what other folding knives does buck offer that are in the strong/heavy use category? While I like my 112 and 110 slim select and my 450, the handles flex and deflect more than id like when flexing the blade. Or do I need to look into another brand for a strong folder?

Need a pouch/sheath for my suge with the galvinox bit set and t shank saws. Looking at the molle xl or the premium nylon sheaths from leatherman. Not opposed to other brands like maxpedition.

Surge

Ok now I get it, the surge is awesome! Just got this second hand for a great deal. But I had a question about the sheath it came with. It's listed as Leatherman Surge Premium Leather Sheath (945017) on knife center. Will it handle both bit kits or just 1?
