It had a double bottom with a slightly higher low. I think the IBD people like a slightly lower 2nd low? I always thought it was better if it was slightly higher.

I'll buy at the stop, give it a little test and see how it goes. The double bottom could fail quickly then I will be able to get out with a tiny lose. If it goes up I'll try to add on.

I should have bought a few days ago but I didn't catch it until now.

You don't don't need 50 variables in your indicators.

The green line is a fast response moving average. Purple is slow response. You can use any ones you want. And it works in all time frames.

When the green line is above the purple line the trend is up. When green is below purple it's down. When they are both flopping around it's not doing much of anything.

This is the day trading chart for today. It will work on a weekly or monthly chart as well. You can see the space closing up between the green line and the purple line. That means it's losing momentum.

You could just mark the highs, when it stops making new highs it's done. But you wouldn't be able to confirm that for some time. That method would add a delay.

SPX gamma flip yesterday was around 6800. It was a really flat line if that's the right way to put it. It wasn't as big as it seemed maybe. Today it's right there. There's explanations on the chart.

It's kind of rare for a stock to stay above the 10dma for that long. The slower steady ones tend to work better. If they go up too much too quickly they tend to correct.

SARK chart It's inverse daily. But over the longer term it doesn't match because of the high cost to operate the fund. Probably a small amount of compounding loses as well. SARK is fine for short term. For longer times, which I never do with these, it's best to short ARKK outright. Options have costs as well.

I probably should have posted this a few days ago. Oh well, you can watch it for next time. It will bounce around. I own SARK because I have a couple of accounts I can't short with. I don't plan on holding it for long. It pretty much has to keep stacking bars or it's done.

I thought my HSY was going to get stopped this morning but it's working for now. It was behaving just like it was suppose to until a couple days ago, a couple bad days. Holding on this morning. I have a rising stop under it. It forces it to go up or I'm out. The blue line is the stop.

If it keeps working good I'll add on to it. Try to buy the little dips.

I use the word copy loosely because I'm pretty sure in the original they weren't playing 7 string guitars.

I don't remember a similar song at all. The turning left to right kind of reminds me of something. They always copy the original band really closely. Dress and hair. One time they put on makeup like KISS. I'm sure there is an original somewhere but I can't find it. The only song I could find was Led Zeppelin and that's not it.

Anyways if you don't know check out the guitar plays, they are unbelievable level. The whole band is.

A couple days ago the list was 130 long. Now it's 14. BWLP is really close but there must be some kind of tiny deviation and it doesn't show up. I know because I own it.

NQ looks a little different. It has a little down turn at the end. It doesn't mean anything at this time. It could drop down a fair amount more and still put in a higher low.

EDIT: Tomorrow is OPEX. Usually nothing happens. Once in awhile it marks a big change in the market.

Qs generally lead the market. When the Qs don't get quite as high as SPY on the bounce that's something to watch for the next day or 2.

Asking about the pivot for the steering, not the linkage. It needs some grease doesn't it? The owner s manual doesn't show anything. There is no visible grease fittings. I could start tearing stuff apart but shouldn't have to do that to grease it. Does anybody know about that?

I'm going to try SPY 739.63 exactly. The 100 is around 760. It worked last year top around 700.

Last time it went up quickly it kinda crashed after but eventually got going. This time it went up quickly then went into sideways consolidation - flag. Looks much better.
