I am in fairly decent shape, though I'm sure my first couple months will have me second guessing that statement ... Ha

Mine was the Jordan 11 Concord and bred when I was a kid.

From the first time I saw MJ playing in them, it was a shoe I just needed to have.

Could never afford them growing up, when I got older I just could never get my hands on them before they sold out.

Online shopping made getting them so much easier, now I have 6 or 7 pairs, but for the longest, those were the shoes I wanted SO BAD.... Was happy as hell when I finally got my first pair.

What's yours?

It doesn't have to be some super obscure rare pair that no one has, but the very first pair you just HAD to have but could never get.

I have been working out for a few years now, and building my chest up has always been one of my main concerns, but it still always lacks behind everything else.

I've gotten my bench up to ok numbers, and while they increase fairly often, my chest doesn't grow the way I think it should.

Should I focus more on dumbbell presses for a while to get a better range of motion?

I'm not talking about completely omitting the barbell press, but moreso making it a secondary press where as right now it's more of my primary?

I have been gaming since I was a kid, my first system was the NES with the Mario/duck hunt combo, complete with the zapper gun and everything.... Lol

I still enjoy gaming when I actually have time, but I find myself less and less interested in anything these days, and everytime I'm excited about a certain release, I play it for a while and find myself getting bored of it rather quick because they always end up feeling like the same iteration of a game from 5+ years ago.

I was always into shooters, sports, open world, RPG, racing, etc

I started to find that once the cosmetics and visuals of a new game would wear off, it just felt like the same game as before.

I still enjoy Rockstar games (GTA, RDR), and right now, I feel like GTA 6 is my last hope as a gamer...

I highly doubt I won't enjoy it, as I still occasionally like to play GTA 5 and RDR 2, I've just played them so much I've gotten bored of them.

I'm legit worried GTA 6 will also bore me, and if that is the case, I guess I would consider my days as a gamer a thing of the past.

But my question is.... Why?

Has something really changed with the quality and originality of games?... Is it just age?

The thought of not having that little escape, even if only occasionally, kind of sucks.

Anyone else feel the same way?

I've been doing pushups every 2-3 days as a supplement to gym, because gym time is SUPER short right now due to work schedule.

I'm not a complete rookie with pushups, so it didn't take long to get to 500+ throughout the day.

I'm usually just doing either sets of 25-30 throughout the day, or I'll set a timer for 2 minutes and just hit pushups until the timer goes off, usually doing 40-50 in those 2 minutes.

My question is, I don't want to do pushups as an endurance workout, rather a muscle maintenance/building workout while work is busy the way it is at the moment.

I've been looking at weighed vest, and I really want to get one that loads up to 100 lbs, but they all seem to be $500+, and I'd rather not spend that much on one... Right now at least.

Would a vest with somewhere between 20 to 40 pounds really make the pushup more challenging and get me in the hypertrophy zone, or given my current strength, would it just become easy too fast and end up being a waste of money?

Are there any in Fresno/Clovis?
