Reolink Door Bell POE VS AOSU Doorbell Camera Wireless Outdoor, 5MP Ultra HD

my house needs wiring to get this done ...so my question is which of these two are good? I can run POE or run power. From research more door bells support power so one time cost. POE means if I change brands in future I need to pay for another power run

Long Vacation - Winters - Shut off water?

If going on long vacation it seems like best practice is shut off main waterline...Some people say put water heater talk on low / away ...some say don't do this as bacteria will grow in the hot water tank.. Can anyone provide guidance on this?

Also it seems its good to get one of those water detection systems like Moen Flo but when researching it seems like you need to replace it every 5 years ... is there a better long term solution ...I would want to make sure if I leave the house for short periods nothing breaks

Corporate Taxes - CDA - Dec 31

Say you own XDIV or another ETF that pays monthly distributions a % monthly is capital gains

if CDA is filed for Dec 31 xxxx you have a problem as you need to wait until mid Feb to end of March to get T3 to figure out which % of monthly payments is capital gains ...so now you hit with $41.67 penalty x 3 = $124

If CDA is paid March 31 xxxx you wont know the capital gains for distribution's in Jan Feb Mar

How are accountants handling this and avoiding the penalty only thing I can think of is don't pay CDA every year to only pay the penalty once every two years

Corp Taxes - Accountant told my Friend for Capital Gains on T2 no need to write down cost and proceeds just put $0 for cost and in proceeds put the total Capital gains. The taxes on corp is going still be the same but isnt this wrong she told him this is the easy simple method

Ie say cost was $10k and proceeds was 20k

she told put for him $0 cost and $10k proceeds

this is a corp tax not personal one
