Hi. I want to build something like Wild Haus Sauna for an art business idea I have. Can anyone here help me understand the financials and where to start? I want a very similar layout but a capacity limit of 20. I plan to operate docked or back and forth trips. I plan to build everything myself but I have no idea where to start. Ofc help with plumbing and the marine things. I have seen they built the sauna themselves. Question. Why do they gave two 10 capacity a saunas instead of 1 20 capacity?

And this weekend will make 4 weeks I've been having an affair with a presumably 50 year old married man. I don't know if he's married. We meet in hotels. He doesn't talk much and I don't know what it is. He doesn't text much in between. Today he texted me out of the blue but I quickly learned it was just an opener to reschedule this weekend a bit later.

Currently live on the UWS month to month and want more space and peace.

I don't mind buying a car. I'm looking for a commute under 40mins by car and 40 mins by public transport. I will be in the city daily. Ideally easy transit to my gym in Chelsea I go 5x a week.

I applied for a grant that will pay my rent for a year and I'll know middle of July if I'm accepted. After the year is up, I plan to move to SF or just somewhere else outside of the NYC area.

Don't want to live in a republican neighborhood. Prefer not to live around a big Latino population because they're super loud all hours of the day. Obviously don't want to live in the ghetto. Somewhere within a Whole Foods delivery radius is ideal. Budget is going to be 3k for a 1bd max. Ideally spend 2.5k. I did a stint in Jersey City on JFK during the pandemic and in Princeton for a month but otherwise can't speak to Jersey neighborhoods besides in passing or visiting.

Any recommendations? I thought Hoboken but seems my budget is too small for something nice. So obviously focus on Jersey City but open to any other suggestions.

Met a guy from Hinge.

He's really intentional about me. And puts in effort to get to know me and do things I like. We align in many ways.

But I'm not feeling it. Im not attracted to him. He breath doesn’t smell good. I could see plaque build up on his teeth and old food in there. He eats out every meal and drinks energy drinks. He is a huge optimizer and spends all day outside. I love cooking and eating well. I don't drink juice unless it's homemade or I want to spoil myself. I wouldnt be caught de*d drinking energy drinks. I am into mindfullness and while I am a little bit of an optimizer, not to his degree. Like he spends all day outside. Jumping from one coworking place to the next, hanging out in parks, eating junk food. It seems aimless and kinda loserish.

He's self employed but his job is not the same as what is on Hinge. On hinge it says he's a tech co-founder but he actually sold his company years ago and does content creation and online design work and stuff like that. I feel like that's a huge misrepresentation? And totally different vibes. I would not have swiped on a content creator and basically to me that's jobless. Although he does have a huge following and is known. Like hundreds of thousands of followers on multiple platforms.

He has his location in Manhattan but actually lives far out in Brooklyn. He has a luxury gym membership but says he goes 3x a day. And I'm wondering if maybe he's homeless.

I'm very private but I do have a public blog. I'm self employed and honestly, I prefer more stable guys in traditional careers. Like tbh, an engineer or finance guy. Someone who wants to get a house have kids and biggest worry be about grill. Vacations. But idk. I feel like I could do better physically and I guess while we align in many ways, we dont as well on quite a few ways.

Should I see how things go or move on now? I feel like this is silly to explain after just meeting but he's really intentional and I just feel like he can talk his way into seeing how things go. So I'm thinking to give it a try or block him.

I pretty much dislike living in NYC. Since I left I became an outdoors enthusiast. Am really into clean living. Mindfulness. Experiences. Space. But I'm making triple what I made in Seattle here so I need to sacrifice now.

I think I can make it up to a year or a year and a half max. While I'm here I'm trying to save aggressively and form abs. Pay off my debt.

I've been trying to date but no luck. I don't mean to be shallow but I'm gorgeous. I'm affable. And want a partnership but I can't even get a date in NYC. So I'm thinking to give up dating and just wait until I move.

I'm not super close with my family and my friends have their own full lives. I really want to have a long term DINK relationship that eventually turns into marriage and kids when we feel like we've achieved enough.

Where is a good place to move to find fit/athletic/outdoorsy guys who are ambitious career wise and want a long term relationship? I like a mix of city and nature. But prefer cooking at home and spending money doing cool things and traveling than drinks, dinner, etc.

After all of this, I'm left with very few likes and they're all bust. I even try to like some guys I'm not into and after 24hours of being matched, they don't try to set a date. They get my number which I used to refuse. And just want to play in my phone.

The guys I do like and feel hopeful for, they match then never reply or umatch. I had a guy this morning like, send a message, then unmatch before I could read it.

I've been here almost 3 months and I've been on 3 dates. 1 was dating multiple people. 1 was looking for a hookup. 1 lied about his job and was in the country illegally.

I am not sure what's up. I tried tinder and all the guys there wanna fucc. I tried hinge and it's hit or miss.

I get approached some in person and I always give my info to be nice and it goes NOWHERE. They just want to collect my insta or live in my dm with stupid good morning texts, likes, and dead convos. One guy very shly approached me in bryant park two weeks ago and said he's shy. I honestly thought he was lost. I was sitting down and he was towering over me stuttering. I have a car loan from credit acceptance for a car I financed at 21 then abandoned without ever making any payments. The car was sold and auctioned by the city.

What is the best way to go about paying it off so that they accept the settlement and the loan gets closed out? The company is very scammy so I want to make sure I do it right.

I'm paying down debt. Since November started at 47k and now down to 16.4k. I'm doing SW since early May to pay off my debt by end of year. One student loan is in default and comes out of rehab December or January. My understanding is that if I pay it off completely then the default won't come off my report. So I have been paying the minimum and for months it hasn't moved a needle due to interest which is fine. I want to pay off the ones that arent in default then end of year, I'll aggressively tackle it so that by the time it's ready to come out of rehab, there's only $20 left. Good idea right?

My other 5 loans, I have been paying off aggressively. I paid off one completely two weeks ago and I see the debt decrease on my credit report but it did nothing for my points. I'm about to pay off another this month too. Will paying them off early improve my credit score? Why didn't my points jump?
