Those who live in cold weather states.

I live in MN, it can get to -40 at times, and park in an enclosed area at home but it is not heated and it has cracks (very old building)

How is the range in weather like this?

Does it still charge well?

Let the downvotes begin.

Trade KK for Jack and Luke Hughes. Cap is a swap. We get a good center and a good d-man. They are both younger. Then when Spurgeon is off the books next year, we don’t have a hole on defense and can go after a winger.

Oh boy. My Karma about to take a hit.

Olli Maata

What are the thoughts on this guy? I am really excited for him. Seems like a guy who is a very good 3rd line d-man or sold 2nd pairing.

Seems as if everyone is just talking about Coleman, who I am very excited about as well.

Also, what is the website where I can look up players advanced metrics?

Thank you.

How true is this?

I’ve never felt or looked better doing a carnivore diet. I have more energy, sleep better, and just feel better.

However, recently it has shown red meat consumption is linked to higher rates of cancer, vs a Mediterranean diet is more “protective” because of more vegetables.

Any advice?

Cap experts and draft experts.

Is there a chance we could afford to offer sheet Adam Fantilli? I know there would be draft picks involved and would have to trade players to make cap room.

What would it take if we were to offer sheet Adam Fantilli?

Good morning, stopping by as I need some clarification.

Sorry if this has been asked a ton, but here we go.

Growing up, I was always drinking milk that had been pasteurized.

Over the years I have spoken to several individuals stating that milk these days does not need to be pasteurized due to new hygienic technologies. As in, we are not milking cows into an open bucket anymore where their piss, shit, or mud can get kicked into the bucket.

My question is, is what I mentioned true, and can I drink milk straight from the cow without worry of getting sick.

Anyone else worried about having two massive contracts, again??

Cap goes up a lot this and next season. Yes, we all love KK and Quinn.

However, I was quite perturbed by KK after saying he wanted to win here, but had to get the highest contract at that time, in history.

Now we are looking to extend Quinn Hughes. Reports are saying 18 million AAV is what is expected.

We will have 45 million in cap space after this season, but with KK taking up this much cap, it will still be hard to build a team.

Spurgeon will be off the books next year. He will need to be replaced.

Tell me some good news I don’t know.

Carolina won this year, by building a team on good contracts.

Very, very hot take: Quinn to Detroit for Larkin and Moritz Seider.

I still would rather keep Quinn, just worried about running into the same situation we had with Parise and Suter.

Michael Bunting, Anthony Mantha.

Any news on if a play is being made for one of them?

Seems that the 1C pursuit may be too expensive at this point. Adding one of them or both, would certainly help.

I would like to trade Gus and Middleton to clear cap space. Pickard will be a fine backup to Gus.

Let’s just run this season with….

Haight, Stramel, Yurov, Nyberg, Spacek, Brink. Then after next season, Ryder Ritchie should be here be then.

John Carlson

Would this be a good signing? Bring in a veteran with a Stanley Cup history.

I don’t think it would hurt.

The search for a 1C is overshadowing…

That we need some defensive depth. With the injuries for Brodin and Spurgeon slowing down, after Faber and Hughes, our D-depth is kind of thin. We have Hunt, who will be in the 6 next year, but we need another guy. With Lambos, Nyberg, and Spacek, they are unproven.

I’m almost thinking, defensive depth for the offseason is a very close to obtaining that 1C.

I’d like to see us trade Gus and Middsy to clear cap space to go after Trouba or Andersson.

Good Afternoon everyone. Seeking advice.

I have an underbite. I have asked friends about it, and have told me, they didn’t even notice it until I mentioned it.

However, I’ve always been somewhat conscious about due to slightly getting picked on growing up, and just not having a high level of self esteem. In photos, I don’t tend to do a smile showing my teeth, as I just don’t like my smile. I more so just smirk, mouth closed.

The other issue is, in 2011 I had a graft on my lower gums around my front teeth due to recession. Had it again in 2019. I do foresee me going through it again though. In 2011, due to my jaw just being a little more pronounced I was told that is the reason for the recession as the guns are already thin there.

Would getting a jaw surgery to correct my underbite, fix the gum recession issue? I know it would fix the underbite, but that is secondary. An orthodontist mentioned it would be a medical procedure, not a dental one. So, I’d have to check through my insurance how much they would cover.

Good evening, question for you all, hope you can help.

I have a 2001 Toyota Tundra Access Cab, 6.5’ bed. The Kayak I plan to purchase is an 11.5’ Wilderness systems. What is the best way to tow, load, get from point A to B safely and securely? I’d rather not buy a trailer if possible.

How do these kayaks do in waves? Do I have to worry about it flipping?

If you could do it all over again, what you do differently?

I was an Ammo Tech. Not a great MOS, nor a terrible one, I didn’t mind it.

I signed a Logistics contract, thinking I’ll become an Embarkation Specialist, that’s what I wanted. But lo and behold, I became an Ammo Tech.

If I could do it all over again, I would take a try at Scout Sniper. IK, IK, sounds cliche. But, it’s something I wish I had at least tried.

It doesn’t have to be a different MOS, it can really be anything.

My thoughts, you may think I am crazy.

Fun season to watch and I enjoyed it. Unfortunately, it was the same reasons why we don't make deep runs. Lack of centers and depth.

Here are some thoughts for the offseason I think would help us. (Call me crazy)

  1. Wally is our goaltender going forward. With Gus not happy about the benching, I think he could be in a trade package that, that is if he waves his no move clause. However, if we trade Gus, we do not really have a backup goalie.

- This summer Sergei Bobrovsky will be a UFA. Like Fleury, Bob could be a veteran backup to Wallsteadt.

-Another option could be Connor Ingram, who could more potentially be a better option, as he is a younger, and may be a more viable backup so Wally can get rest.

  1. Obtaining that coveted 1C. My dream player to acquire would be Robert Thomas. Though, would be giving up A LOT to get him. And the way he played after he return from injury makes the Blues a playoff team. Blues first line of Holloway-Thomas-Snuggerud is a very dangerous line and they meshed very well.

- On one of the many posts about this topic, it was mentioned that we should go after another solid 2C. And this makes sense with A top pairing D-line of Hughes-Faber. Some guys we may try to dangle for in a trade package are Dylan Cozens or Anton Lundell. Both are over 50% on faceoffs and play a good 200 Ft game. I bring these two up as, we not have to give as much up in a trade package to acquire either or. Then you have center depth of Cozens or Lundell, Ek, Yurov.

  1. Defensive depth. I have said it before, Hunt belongs. He is young and not afraid to get dirty, physical, etc. Brodin and Spurgeon are injury prone. Both are still great and effective, but they get hurt.

- Two UFA's this summer are Jacob Trouba and Rasmus Andersson. Both played in 80 games this season. Both big dudes as well who can take and give a solid punch.

-Top pair- Hughes-Faber

- Second pair- Brodin/Spurgeon- Hunt (Trouba/Andersson)

- Third Pair- Brodin/Spurgeon- Hunt

-I am still holding out hope for Lambos or Spacek.

  1. We need a RW to play top line. I know this sounds crazy but, Bobby McMann. This guy had 14 points in 18 games with Seattle playing with other skilled players. But it should also be noted that he is a very, very, fast skater. For a guy who is 6'2" at 217 lbs, I don't want to be in front of him. I believe Bobby would be a great asset on the 1st or 2nd line. He can play both left and right wing. So if we keep Jojo around, put him on 3rd line and Bobby can play 2nd line. I say second line as I am hoping we can get a center on top line.

- I also would not over look Eeli Tolvanen from Seattle.

  1. Coach. I am not a fan of him. Cassidy, Berube, Knoblauch, Carle.

- Time to move on from Hynes.

  1. Trade Middleton, get whatever you can, just get rid of his contract.

Daemon Hunt belongs.

The goal given up last night was his fault, we can all agree for the most part.

However, he showed that he belongs. He was out there getting dirty, getting into the play, being physical.

Next year, he should be a fixture on the 3rd pairing, and/or filling in on 2nd pairing.

Danila Yurov +2

Daemon Hunt +1

They are young studs. So in a game where 9 was score on us, I think that’s impressive.
