Left one left is growing REALLY fast, the other sprouted a couple weeks after but is taking its sweet time. These are in a 4x4. Is this possible?

Shipping costs if order from them are absolutely outrageous, so I'm hoping to find someone on here if possible. I'm in the northern Illinois area, and willing to drive and pickup. I have some i was able to buy years back from a local retailer, but need a few more for the ramp extension. I've called all the surrounding skateparks and the retailer to no avail. Mods, delete this if not allowed.

This has been here since we moved in, I suspect it was built decades ago. Over the last couple years, I've been finding dead branches under the tree every year and it's slowly losing its fullness. Just wondering if the mound has anything to do with it and if removing it would help. Thanks!

Noob here again, doing my best to build a half pipe in my backyard.

I never heard anything interesting, though. Just adults being boring.

Plywood is treated and painted. Not sure about the 2x4s, but they are painted and the cut ends have a silicone slurry applied and dried. Planned on completing the skeleton build yesterday but the heat/ humidity kicked my ass.

Growing up in the 80s, we trashed our garden hose and we didn't have to replace it for years. The amount of garden hoses I've hard to replace within the last 10 years or so is ridiculous. And I barely use them i even bought a reel. Nope, still wants to kink and leak at connections. I've tried ones from Ace Hardware and Home Depot and they seem to be all trash.
