More and more apps are pushing iOS 18.x, while most apps support Android 9.

I’m on an American Airlines flight. I couldn’t get the inflight Viasat entertainment to load. The same for a lot of their sites on the ground, simply do not work.

Meanwhile, my Galaxy S5 running Android 6.0.1, it works fine. Even plays videos. I’m starting to think this is planned obsolescence.

Even more concerning, I also brought an iPhone 6 just for fun, and I got no connection whatsoever. The portal doesn’t even load, just stays on a blue screen.

Before anyone asks, everything else works including the free Wi-Fi but not their entertainment page.

The phone is actually an iPhone 8, but since the iPhone 8 sub is locked and this is the closest public sub, I just posted here since they have the same specs and iOS version

I saw the email receipt and it definitely went through, but both the app and website say I have 0 GB remaining.

Put a new Ampsentrix battery in my S8 (old one got so bloated the entire back came off, the fingerprint reader came unplugged), and it still says I have 560 charge cycles. Is it stored in the phone or did I get a bad battery?

Speaking of RedPocket, the worst part of the shutdown is no word from RedPocket themselves. No text message warning, nothing on their website.

I got a Consumer Cellular Link II and would like to unlock it. Based on the call history it was used on the network for 60 days, but CC said they needed the account. Is there any way I can unlock it with only the IMEI?

The tower in Oak Park, IL kicks me half the time I go there and I have to put my SIM in one of my iPhones when I get home. Casio G'Zone Ravine 2 on Red Pocket. I've never had a Verizon branded device kicked where I live but when I go here I always get kicked.

A. Shut down completely on August 3 or within the week following, like the Verizon and USCC CDMA shutdown,

B. Shut down on August 3, but remain up in a few areas like how their 3G is still up in very few places,

C. Shut down, but later than August 3,

D. Never shut down

I honestly think B.

I have a Galaxy J7 V (literally just became old enough to post here) running Android 7.0. When I put my Red Pocket GSMT SIM in it, it seems to work on the 2G EDGE network, but it won't connect to 4G. It doesn't get kicked as the IMEI returns it being compatible with voLTE in T-Mobile's list.

I have another one of these that worked on voLTE with a mint trial on 8.1.0.

When I try to go into Advanced Calling, it requires a Verizon account and fails to enable voLTE. 4636 code doesn't work.
